what if instead fac's with auto repair shop businesses could have the ability to own/lease vehicle spawner pads from the city? (provided they have the space for one) you would have to pay to take vehicles out/put them away instead of being free (maybe like ~$500-1k or sumn, idk). money goes right to the business and could be taxed thru the city as normal during tax season or a regular flat separate rate for those who opt into owning one

Only having one space to spawn cars from on ONE side of town is repetitive, now i understand not adding a whole new car lot with npc but just one space more around maybe the dock or police station would make life better and make the new additions to cars feel more impactful too as people have incentives to grab a car instead of just running if they had a spawner closer to them than all the way by the casino.

You don't believe an elder would or should think two or three times before doing the same crime as a younger person? This increases immersion and makes the age a viable and meaningful mechanic. The whole point of consequences of crimes is to deter people from committing them or inspiring them to commit them smarter. And if age isn't going to be useful for anything, then we should just be able to change it on the fly or reset it at the hospital, which many of us have asked for. Either age matters IC or it don't matter.

Characters made with an older age such as mine (55) or others higher, seemingly would have a disadvantage if this were to be implemented. As I do generally like the idea, I think the point I brought up is a deal breaker. I also believe there is already some kind of system to combat against minges constantly going to jail, it's been made clear that previously convicted charges can be halved and applied to new charges. With both of these in mind, my vote is -1

I got no conclusion on why M is concealed.

The LSD/M barrels remained blue for about three days after the previous map change (two map changes ago). That made me wonder... Why couldn't the barrels remain blue? Only got one possible conclusion... Maybe it was because LSD it's the first racket drug, and since they're already at a disadvantage compared to the other factions, perhaps having their drug concealed would make their lives easier at the begining.

Yeah the repair shop should come with some sick options or even transfer some NPC shop options so that they must be attained at IC garages to up RP and gatekeep upgrades behind having to actually have positive interactions with others.

This idea makes too much sense and means that people playing in bad faith have to actually face consequences for their behavior. Very troubling suggestion. +1

Ngl this could be cool. Instead of mfs being frequent flyers for 20 years at a time 1000 times, it would make people have to think about the risks of crime and make even little crimes add up over time.
