No metagame, no OOC obtainments, etc. In your case, your former faction's High Command presented us with the evidence they had and it did not suffice. I want to make clear to everyone - photos that are not obtained in RP (with a camera, a slash me to show using the camera, and the player with their ID showing) is not valid IC evidence. Especially when only proof is given of it being shared over Discord. Furthermore, I encourage all factions to properly record their IC interactions with others when they are obtaining sensitive info such as the identity of a potential UC. Due to your former faction being unable to reach the bar of evidence that UA is comfortable with accepting in cases such as yours, your character will be restored. To make clear, the faction previously involved in trying to kill you now has no knowledge of you and your past life. The same goes for you and your knowledge of them. It's as if the two of you have never met. If this line in the sand is broken by either side, those involved will be given a Diverge rehab retreat. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

Hello! While reviewing your PK there were two main things we were looking into. The first being how the information of your new identity was obtained. While we found no signs of malice and it was obtained validly IC, there were too many questions raised about potential conflict of interests that we had to choose to be cautious in rule that in your favor. Secondly, we had too look into who actually killed you. Rules have had to extra clarified to show that UA thinks doing hits on low risk characters "is gay." This is not behavior we wish to promote so when it was made clear a char with no value to the player did the hit, we also ruled that in your favor. hi, its da boss. this seems somewhat interesting, but gmod has never had rp this serious nor do i envision that something like this would be plausible considering the current standard of roleplay on a broad spectrum within our beloved Diverge Networks (Trademark.) but at the same time i do think this could be interesting being able to sell kidnapped npc's or something of that sort for some off the side dough. neutral

Hello! Upon further inspection of lockpicking logs we found that the reasons for your character D'Angelo to be PK'd are in-fact reasonable. Prior to the day you were pk'd it seems that you had done a fair bit of lockpicking this including kosher apartments, Lucchese apartments including a room your faction had access to and, a building Bruno-Scarfo owns. The reasons as said in the orders of "lockpicking into allies apartments" is supported. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Hello, After reviewing the evidence this is not RDM Bait, you were minding your own business standing near the ATM, eventually wandering a different direction compared to the ticket maker when he asked you to stop following him, since he user gave you 3 warnings that you needed to stop following him after you were actually following him, it escalated properly with him aiming his gun at you, being an active threat towards you, sucks to be him though because he forgot he had no ammo in his magazine, as you can hear on the clip you provided aswell that **click** sound from his pistol that he had no ammo. Though if you knowingly had an ooc issue/sit with that player before it's probably wise to stay away from them for a bit instead of possibly instigating a new conflict. Regardless, we've decided to give you a chance by lifting the ban from your account and hopefully you will not let us down. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. This and Daddy Skull's appeal are a great example of how simply being disliked is enough to be permanently banned. I think it's really fucking sad that someone can follow the rules and still get banned for playing the server in a way that's fun to them. It's the same situation for both appeals, they will continue to sit it perma-ban limbo until they quit the server or pay for re-entry. Mugging is a big part of diverge RP, it delivers a reason to fear for losing your shit if you're being careless or caught in a bad place. "Mugging Char" is a sad excuse for a ban, Hans has millions of self-earned value and is risking it every time he attempts to mug. If bans like this are continued to be handed out, we'll all eventually just be sitting around waiting for shipments or the next GM event. Either remove mugging or fix the system, this shit is stupid. +1

this just sounds like kidnapping someone for rp but with grok flavor text, im pretty sure its already a thing, we used to do it on citizen characters and ransom, people just dont utilize it anymore, you have restraints and hoods just go use them and create a story yourself.
