loved the tittle. We've been asking for this for a while. I wonder, what if we also added a feature where after owning/possessing the phone for a period of time, you can destroy it by "snapping" it like a burner style. But then again we do have payphones around but eh "immersion"

During this extended time on the server I've played without being banned by understanding and following the rules. I've also played at all levels on the RP side of the server and therefore have an in depth understanding of RP and how staff should interact with it. * Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have any previous staffing experience. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not been banned. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Since I started out on diverge I have been a part of factions and friend groups of all types ranging from my first faction (Zolotoy Bratva) under the federation in 2022, to being in my second faction (Diamond Syndicate) under the commission at the start of 2023. Since then I have been High Command in 3 different factions with a wide variety of relationships with the other factions of the server. These relationships with other factions include being at war, being a district and helping lead and manage alliances. Because of this I'd say I have become very well known in the community in a large variety of circles across alliances, friend groups and individual factions. Additionally throughout all of this I believe I have gone without having any major OOC issues with anyone and have pushed RP as much as possible. Thanks to all of this I'm confidant I am very well known, have a good reputation and am reasonably well liked. If so, list their names: Pendred ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I witnessed the situation, I would start by taking a clip before reaching out in staff chat to inform an on duty member of the team of the situation. If a ticket had already been made/taken, I'd send the staff member dealing with the situation my clip and attempt to give any information on the situation. I would only take the ticket if I was the only staff member online and had not been involved with the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Take clips/screenshots over time to build proof and bring it to Upper Administration. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would first avoid taking the ticket and make staff chat aware that I was avoiding taking it. If I was the only staff member available to take the ticket, then I would request any evidence and information regarding the situation. I would carefully consider this, if unsure I'd request additional opinions from someone uninvolved with the faction/friend. If I came to an understanding that the person the ticket was made against had broken the rules, I'd look into their history of bans and notes before giving them a punishment based on the actions committed and their history.

Suggestion: Introduce a newer, more premium phone such as the "Motorola MicroTAC 9800X" (released April 25, 1989) to the Electronics Store. Why?: 1. It's era-appropriate for the time setting, and shows tech advancement/improvements within the late 80s and early 90s. 2. It could take up 1 inventory slot instead of 2, giving an incentive to upgrade.

I'm not even going to put down a + of minus but the way you have evolved around Diverge I do believe you are still a bit to immature for certain ways of handling situations which you have proven to us, a way how you respond to scenarios already being handled or that couldve easily been avoided or was already solved. You'd be lighting the torch back on fire. I don't think you can keep your temper well enough that a staff member needs within the team.

Out of all my muggings on Hans since being back, I have only pk'd a few people. Also, the clip someone provided somewhere above this of me only mugging someone with no value is about the only clip of me mugging someone with no value. So, get your facts straight and quit acting like all I did on the server was mass mug and minge. You, just like a lot of the people in the server, just don't like people mugging, it's as simple as that. I have written in a document every mug I have done on my Hans character since being back and only 2 of them didn't have serious value. Sure, there was a rare occasion where I was in an alley and couldn't see that someone didn't have serious value. But acting like that's all I went for is completely wrong. Never did I mass mug, NITRP, or PK hunt. I only hear people complaining about the mugging problem and never telling people to put their gun on safety in alleyways. If you are dumb enough to have no guns out in a mugging zone then you are just stupid and deserve to be mugged. Also just curious because apparently all I did on the server was mug. Is there any proof of that? All I have seen from you ( the banning admin ) is just saying it was a group decision from other admins and they feel that's all i've done aswell. It would be nice if I could see any sort of proof of this pk hunting, mass mugging, and NITRP that you're speaking about. Never did I pk hunt, never did I break the rules by mass mug, and never did have no intent to roleplay.

hi so what exactly did he rulebreak? because last I checked mass mugging is mugging right after mugging someone before the timer runs out as you can see in this image And also who hunts for pks besides cops? if you're not valuing your life and not following orders from the people who put you in fear rp, you should be pk'd if killed. I know if I was caught in a mugging zone without my gun on safety I would for sure comply as I value my characters life, to me that's not PK hunting, that's just logic.
