I've said this multiple times, and I'll repeat myself. Yes I have made very serious offenses, but in no way did I use my position as staff in order to find a way to take advantage of the system and find the best way to item transfer. I admit my faults, I item transferred, and I metagamed, and I have learned and grew off of this mistake. But I in no way used my position as staff in order to do so.

I stated that I specifically MUG minges because they minge, that is correct, which isn't against the rules, the rules you are quoting is for writing orders, has nothing to do with mugging rules. Nobody is forcing people to not comply, plus if they have nothing, why run? I get giddy when they run because its fun to mop them up, but I have clearly shown that if they comply they will get restrained and items stolen, which is what mugs are for. The problem with the term PK hunting is that I have no control of if they abide by fear RP or not, I follow the cooldown rules, there's no mass-mugging, every PK I have gotten approved has followed the rules, I can mug just about anybody I like for any reason, mugging rules say nothing about whatever youre preaching. Also nobody is ordering the mugging of people, every mug has been carried out by me personally and whoever wants to join along, nobody is "ordered" to come with on muggings, lmao.

That is not true I didn't bait any scene I didn't even know the officer was there until someone said hey officer there stealing and if it's based of actions then there a lot of people with there actions as well I simply ran up took free food that was advertised none the less. So from my understanding no one's allowed to interact with anyone is what I'm gathering from this I was simply stealing free food you can even check advertisements your self and see that someone for days has been putting an ad for free stew etc at the park I don't see how other people snitching to the cop is me intentionally baiting him it's not my fault the other person said hey officer there stealing then he decided to try to arrest me what I'm also gathering from this is I guess your not allowed to evade the law anymore and attempt to take more food yes I can see going back intentional but like I've explained people do odd stuff in real life scenarios like returning to the scene of the crime and yeah maybe you are right I'll keep that in mind and start recording everyone that's doing wrong and immediately report it

Let's go through this point by point as best we can with your sentence structure. 1) "PK hunting is subjective" - While this may be true, you gave us every reason to believe you are PK hunting. First, while in the sit with me you stated multiple times that your faction needs to remove minges if no one else will. When asked to clarify if removing was killing you reassured me it was. Don't know if you were just unaware of the rules or if it was a Freudian slip, but that is PK hunting. Second, your own clip that you submitted for a PK which can be found here. Please go to 37 seconds. What did you mean by "Perfect. He ran." OH! That's right! You were putting him under FearRP for the sole reason of you wanting him to run so you could PK him. Further reinforced by you taking the time to organize his inventory while in his pockets before only taking his radio. Finally, your own discord messages! Which can be found here. First, you gloat about another PK. Weird behavior for someone not hunting for PKs. When asked about it, you again admit you were just trying to PK them because you deemed them a minge. Finally, to add onto this circus, vigilantism is and has been against the rules for a very long time. You're criminals, act like one. If you have a problem with a minge follow proper escalation rules and send them to the hospital. If you can't be asked to do that, make a staff ticket. Staff will be the ones to actually deem if they're a problem. App is reasonably good but the omission of that you were staff when you caught your pretty serious metagame and item transfer ban is concerning You have mentioned that you learnt from that mistake, but regardless it took you less than a month last time to crack and use your position for an unfair advantage - what reasons are there to believe you wouldn't do so again if put back into the staff team

With all kidding and teasing aside, you remind me of someone way back in the day. Whilst this server can be fun, it is very toxic and i think that a break would be beneficial for you, particularly when you're not as stable as normal. Shit happens, you got caught. It is what it is. But right now i think you should take care of yourself. I'd +1 to reduce ban length from perma to between 4 months - 1 year so he can have a good break, recover and learn from this. You're a good kid imo. But, @Medinator@Medinator is right. God knows how long hacks were used and for what, so some time is needed to serve regardless.

thinking about it more, PKs, avoiding cops, finding someone active etc, finding people alone to mug blah blah who knows how long hes been doing this and what hes pulled off with the cheats seeing this dude is a known mugger i think its safe to suspect there was foul play in his day to day interactions / muggings as much as i believe in 2nd chances -1 (for now), at least give it time before appealing like previous people whove cheated

Make the camera spit out a polaroid img in your inventory after you take a pic. Would provide real evidence ic without having to tab out to view images.
