What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I believe I should be picked for the staff team as I am a good leader and I can fully make sure all rules are followed to the T. It is extremely important that all members of the community follow the rules enforced and I want to help make sure it happens. I am able to make informed decisions, for RDM’s and other issues I know that I can handle and deal with a situation appropriately. Another reason why I think I should be picked is because I am a very fast learner, as I said I have no previous or past experience but I am willing to learn and want to take the time to get to know how things work and what best to do to conduct myself in the correct way on the staff team. I am eager to take tickets and help out members o f the community, answer questions, do uniform changes, faction hangs, ranks and more. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): i was staff prometheus and dominion i was senior admin on prometheus for a year and dominion i was superadmin for about 4 weeks until they had to stop the server to fix it Have you been banned before on any of our servers? How do you handle this?: let another staff member know about the rdm and have clip so they can deal with it since im off duty You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:id watch them closely if it keep happening id get proof of it and report it A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:if i was staff and my friend or someone i know had a ticket made against them id take the ticket serious even if i know them cause when ur in staff itll be ooc so ur no longr in a ic situation so therefore at the time there not ur friend there another member of the server that had a ticket made on them that u gotta take the ticket like u would any other ticket I know that a staff member is held to a high standard for all members of the community, I need to be a role model for people round me with and outwith roleplay and I am certain I can provide that and be the person they look up to and see as a model for behavior and following rules and guidelines. - If a Mod can't uphold this then they are not a good fit for any team, so I wish to be able to follow those categories and be the right person for the staff team. I feel as though some people may dismiss this application due to my low playtime, however I am just over the time needed in the Staff Guidelines and thought why not start early, it gives me the time and space to learn at my pace and work towards getting better and better as I go along.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: firstly I thought I was supposed to know about the pk which I did not and a mod told me that, and the head guy doesn't even know why I got pked. Nobody knew who I worked for, and I wasn't sheltering a snitch I tried to lure him by providing him protection and was going to kill him, Henry Jefferson is my witness to that. He was luring him with me. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: unfortunately I wasn't recording my whole gameplay to reserve space cause I play all day and medal doesn't have a way to clip the whole day it's only 5 minutes and the ordeal lasted longer than 5 minutes so I wouldn't have gotten the whole thing even if I wanted to. But I have screenshot of me talking to the head guy and he doesn't even know wtf happened.

The key to everything previously stated is the staff that help to hold the structure together and maintain a fun and safe environment for their players. After the time ive spent here i want to be a part of helping to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the rules are followed as they are written to maintain the overall experience for players within the server. How do you handle this?: I would wait a little bit to see if someone takes the ticket if one is made, if not i would take it myself and have a chat with the player in question and seek sufficient evidence, following this i would communicate with both parties and evaluate the evidence and the players history to find a suitable outcome for the situation You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would reach out to someone higher up and have a chat in regards to the activity i have noticed and seek guidance on the situation itself and try to figure out what is going on and the best way to resolve this A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Ideally i wouldn't take this ticket as it may be seen as a conflict of interest but if the ticket remains open and hasn't been resolved i would take this ticket. I would proceed with the sit as i would any other and remain objective as possible and seek the correct resolution for the situation as server guidelines would suggest. As this is a sit for someone in my own faction i would also make my higher ups aware that i took this sit and also clip it for evidence if any allegations were made in regards to conflict of interest to show i treated the situation fairly and acted accordingly. ---------------------------------------------------------
