all of this is only a good idea if the police are also strictly subject to following these as well.- or else its just going to be gamed out into high hell by every DT and their dog. no more cops doing absolutely egregious maneuvers, mowing down small crowds and pleading oopsie-daisy. if the hammer comes down on civ driving then police are going to need to be held to a much higher standard too. it'll have to be enforceable too, no more 'i didn't see it so it didn't happen' bs excuses of cops getting a dash cam pass but anyone else having a camera in a vehicle not being allowed to get footage (it must be equipped and the person recording not driving is a reasonable ask for something like this imo)

If possible, it'd be nice for the jailing system to automatically account for the previous offenses of charges they already have on their record if you are charging them with that same thing again. Or allow you to at least give longer sentences if someone has previous offenses and you are charging them with something already on their record. This would still be to the discretion (initially) of the AO if the previous charges add time. If automatically done, it could be toggleable like the felony.

I think fail-muggers should be insta PK'd on the spot since the victim never got the time to get their revenge and kill them. Fail-muggers are essentially by passing a PK and only getting a ban instead. Now, about PK'ing the main too, I thought it was ridiculous at first, but honestly that would make muggings a lot more high risk high reward more fearRP , consequential and more exciting tbh. Tired of pussies not doing it on their main account. Come risk your life on the char you have $5 million+ on , not some random minge char with an old char ID and some money to make it look like they "value their life". And like Bananaguy23 said, the biggest issue by far is going to be new/semi-experienced players. They will be able to use the excuse of saying "Oh I'm new I didn't know." which may or may not be true. Either way +1.

From a cop perspective, there are MANY instances where I end up in high speed chases with the same motherfucker over and over he'll go to jail he'll come back and we do it again and again and again. Yeah I don't have a problem with getting into chases. That's a part of the game. I do have a problem with the fact it is just unrealistic that the only consequence is a slap on the wrist. "License and registration" doesnt really mean much in the current system and its just overly complicated and kinda gay in the end. Warrants should appear on it too for government officials that would also be a dope change to police interaction. Warrant checks should be an entirely in game thing.

this already happens when its blatant and obvious char abuse to mug iirc

no this idea is cool, me and a friend would run around in construction gear and do contract work, one of these jobs was cleaning peoples windows, we would have to set up props and everything and then have to awkwardly ram a cloth prop into a window, it would be cool to actually have a minigame based of performance. Would bring something for new hires to do as well. These ideas only work is windows ACTUALLY get dirty though , so maybe over time the texture gets more opaque and gets more clear the more stages of cleaning it has done to it? +1!

You sound like a fella who's fail mugged before

Implement a system whereby BAR ID's reflect onto ID cards, similar to gun licenses. Makes it quicker for officers to confirm lawyers have a valid BAR ID, rather than checking via the spreadsheet. But it is also quicker for lawyers, in the sense that it diminishes waiting times.

Like I said we were JOKING. Not like I have a vendetta against Kosher Nostra or we were specifically robbing Jews / members of your faction
-
"why would I target you? I don't even know you." >Only reason I said "I knew we'd catch a Jew" is because while looking for a victim we were joking about finding some Jew with deep pockets. you answered your own question.

Yeah I had no idea that you were the same person, but now that you mention it I do remember that. Only reason I said "I knew we'd catch a Jew" is because while looking for a victim we were joking about finding some Jew with deep pockets. Just a coincidence, why would I target you? I don't even know you.

They should PK fail muggers, (not new players though, they get one warning then PK next time they fail mug)

This is the evidence? It shows that there was 3 hours before I decided to mug someone, the entire time I was roleplaying. So please tell me because I don't see it in the rules anywhere, What's the minimum amount of hours a character needs before he's allowed to mug and its no longer considered a mugging character? Also what would make my character a "valid roleplaying character"??? What exactly do I need to do?
