Exactly what @Bullets said, I've heard what happened in the situation and there's a sort of spectrum / severity when it comes to doxxing. Whether if it's calling them by their first irl name, or if it's going to the extent of leaking his phone number plus his full name. You using his mental health and his irl issues as an excuse to dox is completely retarded and unjust. Maybe this will be a learning point for you that actions have consequences whether justified or not.

I try to bring a calm, fun tone to Diverge, with a mix of Chaos and Order, but this other individual on the server has done nothing but minge, harass, and cause issues with others. he has had multiple bans, such as but not limited to: Item Transfer, MRDM, RDM, VDM, NITRP, RDM Baiting, LTAP, LTARP, and Mugging/Minge Char. I think by this point, there should be a clear distinction between the average civilian main such as Ling Long, and an immature, mentally ill, special needs (For real) child who has a repertoire of causing issues not only on Diverge, but at his own school AND home. Not to mention after me whispering his name to him, he proceeded to follow me around the map, and state my name. I am entirely willing to send this clip to any Administrator+. If i am to be denied, he should also be banned for doxing, as it seems we have done nearly the exact same thing. In what sense did I loophole or bypass a rule or mechanic when I walked up to a drug processor and pressed a button... again no item transfer happened. Also in a mafia game heavily involving the processing and distribution of drugs, I get merk'd for processing drugs (which HAVEN'T been transferred or sold btw). Not much common sense can be applied there, unless you literally live on the game and know the rules by the back of your hand, which even then your response only amounted to "common sense" I just don't appreciate the common sense response, maybe it's common for an admin as you see this day in and out but for me this was a run that totaled to like 2 days and some odd hours, not very common or obvious to me. I understand your point of view and I'm not trying to disregard it, except in this common sense instance, it just feels a little facetious. I mean a warning would've been nice instead of watching me process and put it in a bank for two hours as part of some investigation.

Hi, Essentially this boils down to the RDM rules on Cops, as well as general escalation standards. there are still times when you can't shoot police and it would be considered RDM. You may not KOS Police for no reason. They must be specifically targeting you or a faction member for arrest/takedown. You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) In this case I do believe personally that the cop was being a bit of a nuisance, and realistically could have simply left the scene, but there was 0 attempt made to arrest, detain or otherwise even gather information by the Officer. Thus, shooting him in the back of the head is RDM. The other factor to consider for me, is your numerous notes for similar Fail Escalation rule breaks, and at least 1 note for Fail Escalation on a cop. If you believe a cop or other player is acting in a way to disrupt or ruin your ongoing roleplay, the correct course of action is to make a staff report in game for NITRP etc.
