What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The individual who I interacted with risked his life and unfairly murdered me, despite having a weapon out, it was not drawn and he had a pistol at point blank range to his skull, turns around and shoots me anyways. Now per rules, I am not allowed to just gun him down; "If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react." I was under the impression I still had to give people a chance to roleplay, and I did, the player instead didn't say anything and immediately shot me. Another thing that was stated by the admin was I couldn't mug someone interacting with a crate, but I wasn't aware, only planning to kidnap him per orders of an individual I roleplayed with. I believe I shouldn't have been player killed for this situation because the roleplay never even started per the poor roleplay from the other party. You did a great job fixing the recent bug in the Media Player Access. Credit must be given. I’d like to suggest adding a working Skip button and Pause function to the Media Player as well. Those features would really improve the overall experience.

I don't believe in giving VIP more benefits then it already has, I mean you get a larger bank and that really does it for me. This is Mafia RP not Dark Rp where I can get pro thief and lockpick faster and spawn 4 instead of 5 money printers. Having two processors locked to VIP is so insanely overpowered and makes the server more like dark RP. Processor limit is in place to assert balance in the economy,

I already see some good suggestions here, the option for processor upgrades or just straight up letting donors use multiple processors would be nice. Hell, you could probably implement something inside the NPC trading system or in the black market (E.G. trade a radiator+processor+silver bullion) for a processor upgrade. Not good enough? Shit, just make it a minigame. SOMETHING. Processing is already unengaging as it is, I'd argue it needs a fresh face. You can barely call it a gameplay loop when there's no gameplay to it.

Nah the provider(s) and net pages would be nothing modern- old school Usenet before World Wide Web. A sort of simpler version that blends how it works with how we interact with pages now into a system. Maybe with government run service provider(s).

-1 Not a bad application. I enjoyed part of the backstory but to me it seems that you didn't write the whole thing. PRO - Different nationality - Part of the backstory is really good, interesting and really touches on the history of the faction CON - In your backstory, your writing style entirely changes. The first half of it, is written with extremely good punctuation and descriptive element's. It's like a book. Then just before the images come in, this changes entirely with random capital letters, no punctuation and things just not making sense? i.e 'If U look Under The police arrived' This to me tells me that you've had someone else write the backstory (which is fine i guess), or you have taken it from elsewhere. - Your RP ideas are OK at a glance but it is extremely difficult to read, matching with the second part of the backstory. - Your play time is too low. You should take more time to see what it actually takes be HC in a faction.
