Let's go through this point by point as best we can with your sentence structure. 1) "PK hunting is subjective" - While this may be true, you gave us every reason to believe you are PK hunting. First, while in the sit with me you stated multiple times that your faction needs to remove minges if no one else will. When asked to clarify if removing was killing you reassured me it was. Don't know if you were just unaware of the rules or if it was a Freudian slip, but that is PK hunting. Second, your own clip that you submitted for a PK which can be found here. Please go to 37 seconds. What did you mean by "Perfect. He ran." OH! That's right! You were putting him under FearRP for the sole reason of you wanting him to run so you could PK him. Further reinforced by you taking the time to organize his inventory while in his pockets before only taking his radio. Finally, your own discord messages! Which can be found here. First, you gloat about another PK. Weird behavior for someone not hunting for PKs. When asked about it, you again admit you were just trying to PK them because you deemed them a minge. Finally, to add onto this circus, vigilantism is and has been against the rules for a very long time. You're criminals, act like one. If you have a problem with a minge follow proper escalation rules and send them to the hospital. If you can't be asked to do that, make a staff ticket. Staff will be the ones to actually deem if they're a problem. You are not staff. 2) "According to Byte "There are protections that citizens have so they cannot be mugged" and "You must mug people for profit" Which is completely wrong." - You're right! That is wrong, because it's not what I said. First, I said citizens have protections from criminal factions trying to just hunt them down and PK them. Second, you asked yourself is it okay to mug people for profits and I answered yes to your question. If you're going to twist words at best and lie at worst, at least make it make sense. Your own clips show you're not mugging for profit, so I'm curious why you even asked that but moving on to the protections. Yes, civilians have protections from criminal factions. Where does it say you can PK hunt them because they annoy you? Where does it say they can have faction leadership order their death for "general mingery."? 3) "There has been NO rule break, Byte is just being power-trippy because he doesn't like me for various reasons." - There's been multiple rule breaks. Your own actions, words, clips, and discord messages all showcase it. Also to me not liking you, who are you? I genuinely have no recollection of any prior encounters with you so I'm sorry you have the view. App is reasonably good but the omission of that you were staff when you caught your pretty serious metagame and item transfer ban is concerning You have mentioned that you learnt from that mistake, but regardless it took you less than a month last time to crack and use your position for an unfair advantage - what reasons are there to believe you wouldn't do so again if put back into the staff team

With all kidding and teasing aside, you remind me of someone way back in the day. Whilst this server can be fun, it is very toxic and i think that a break would be beneficial for you, particularly when you're not as stable as normal. Shit happens, you got caught. It is what it is. But right now i think you should take care of yourself. I'd +1 to reduce ban length from perma to between 4 months - 1 year so he can have a good break, recover and learn from this. You're a good kid imo. But, @Medinator@Medinator is right. God knows how long hacks were used and for what, so some time is needed to serve regardless.

thinking about it more, PKs, avoiding cops, finding someone active etc, finding people alone to mug blah blah who knows how long hes been doing this and what hes pulled off with the cheats seeing this dude is a known mugger i think its safe to suspect there was foul play in his day to day interactions / muggings as much as i believe in 2nd chances -1 (for now), at least give it time before appealing like previous people whove cheated

The server has a MASSIVE minge problem and nobody really does anything about it, on the rare occasion when a minge actually follows orders, we tie them up and tell them to stop being a jackass and usually take everything they have. You intentionally baited the scene with the law enforcement officer in a way to provoke him rather than actually facilitating meaningful roleplay. Ok so obviously, "You should remove the ability to stove bomb if I 'm not supposed to do it.", this guy definitely read the appeal that I had accepted and figured this was really cool. Let me clarify here: firstly, a staff member told you to stop. so no grace. Secondly, when I said *it's a feature*, I meant, as stated, that there's a specific context to which its appropriate. The context to which its appropriate, as stated in the prior appeal, is in part of a proper, roleplay escalation. I.e. the verbal confrontation that escalated into use of a stove bomb on a property. This specific situation was within the bounds of RP, and was done in good faith from what we could tell. In *your* context, you were acting like a minge, and cop baiting. Not the time to utilize the stove bomb feature at all. Real RP, organic escalation that adds value to the experience? Totally fine. Minging and trying to make people mad for no reason? Totally disallowed.

Hello, I'm the admin who banned you. I gave you 2 chances to cut it out but you persisted both times. The 2nd and last time I warned you, you said "You should remove the ability to stove bomb if I 'm not supposed to do it." then went back to PD and did it again. Besides the stove bombing and cop baiting, I witnessed you ram your car into a couple parked people and contribute nothing to RP. I watched you for around 15 minutes and all you did in that time was play music in your mic, cop bait, and minge.

I am realizing that what I've done was wrong and should've stopped doing this before it escalated to this point. And i know that most people won't wanna believe that i am sorry but i am, i hope that people will see that the part in me that is and still is very RP like and not an asshole. Why should I be unbanned?: maybe not unbanned but maybe a reduced timing on the week to maybe like 1-2 days but being fully unbanned from day 1 would be great.
