I understand my record is horrible but I do have a genuine fun time while playing this server, between the people, the actual gameplay and the overall roleplay its an all around good server. My actions today were not appropriate or acceptable to do during an event like they were doing that day, I was simply trying to anger them as the Kosher Nostra does not like most of the Italians at little Italy and I wanted to mess around but I crossed a line I should not have crossed of course and I think my ban was reasonable but I am actually sorry for my actions. Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned due to me actually roleplaying within the server, the only reason I actually was banned for this long was due to my extensive record and I have been doing better recently with me joining the Kosher Nostra and making money and doing good larp. I haven't replied to any other negative comment on this post to maintain professionalism but I have no respect for a faction that PKs friends of the person that they couldn't PK because their HC doesn't know how not to metagame

Hi Pking admin here you were pked due to tying someone up in the middle of city hall causing you to be under fear RP, He then quickly killed you with a hatchet as you provided in your clip. When I went to pull you, I had saw that you disconnected not long after you were killed by him, I waited for you to rejoin in logs, but what I saw at the time was you just disconnecting which resulted in me pking your character.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So there was a player that I’ve had some beef with before. I went up to him pretending to call someone over, and my plan was to drop a restraint near him just to see if he would actually use it on me as part of roleplay. However, I accidentally clicked use instead of drop. He saw it happen and immediately killed me. I didn’t mean to use it at all it was honestly just a misclick. Afterward, I tried to find him again to explain that it was out of roleplay and a mistake, but I couldn’t locate him. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into playing and working in the game, so if this situation could be resolved or looked into, I’d really appreciate it. Stacy its not about him rdming, its about him trying to evade the ban in the first place, which was kinda stupid to do since the ban was only 3 days, which I personally wouldn't evade since it isn't even longer than a month, but that's just me. But anyways since I know this individual, I do have some things to say, this guy is just an idiot (in a good way) he diddnt mean any harm by trying to evade, because well he doesn't even know how to ban evade for shit, but anyways this appeal is invalid in the first place since its been less than 6 months since his last appeal, so me glazing wouldn't do much since this appeal will just get denied anyways.

Ppl get banned 10 times for rdm and keep coming back but a player relatively new to the server who just didn’t read the rules gets PERMA banned on his first offense ?

Hey, there are a couple of points I want to talk about here.1-the “voiding” , 2- Your misunderstanding, 3- your minge char claim, 4-actual orders. 1- As Boom said, nothing was voided. It was your thought that it was, there had been no UA involvement. You both decided to just stop that roleplay, it did not negate any orders and or rp that occurred. 2- Like stated prior, this was something that you misunderstood, while it is tragic that you misunderstood, it was nothing on our side or any staff error. Misunderstanding between people in rp is not a reason to unpk a char. 3- as stated in the character rules “You may not have a minge/non-serious character for 'messing around”. So that also dose not help your case when you admit its a character that has no intent to have meaningful roleplay overall. 4- there are no issues with the orders themself, so that dose not come into effect here. Due to the reasons stated above this pk has been deemed valid and the appeal will be denied.

Hi In this case you took a guys valuable item then ltarped, which got you pked. You bluntly did it and admitted to it, in certain cases we allow rp to continue and allow an unpk, but this isnt one.
