Let me clarify my thoughts regarding my parkour suggestion and my character PK. I've noticed the comments, and I want to say this once and for all: I don’t understand why you treat others nicely while speaking calmly, even when you disagree. I've been a nice person on this server for a long time, despite my past vigilante actions. I've tolerated the insults and negative attitudes, but I've had enough. If this doesn’t stop, I will reach out to an admin of Diverge Networks. I apologize for expressing myself this way on the forums, but I am human too, and I would like to see how you would handle being in my position. Consider this a warning.

Hello there! After reviewing your ban with fellow staff, we have deemed it to be RDM. While you may have thought he was breaking NLR by simply returning to the area, that is not accurate. He did not attempt to engage in RP with you again or brought up your previous encounter. He was simply in the area to retrieve his friend and you engaged with him again. Even then, if he was breaking NLR, it is a common misconception that you can just shoot people breaking NLR. This is in reality not true. In the future, if you believe someone is breaking NLR please feel free to make a ticket in game with @ and it will be handled by staff. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): id say check logs, it will show that i was never banned from any diverge discords. i left on my own. this confirms that i was falsely banned as there was a misunderstanding somewhere or a confusion that caused me to still get banned considering i had already left all diverge discords before i ever asked anyone about joining a different server. the times and days will show the proof

I was defending a home invasion, the officer started shooting first and I reacted. How is that considered me starting VCWP?

I think NLR had to be broken very much here, upon viewing the clips, I saw that guy with the backwards cap and kutte on standing and hanging around that area right before the cops fired off their guns, I even radioed I see someone that shouldn't have a kutte on that has it on and describe that 4 way intersection by the townhouse close towards PD. The timeline of clips matches up with him or someone breaking NLR, and possibly making some noise by that town house bring attention to them in way that wouldn't happen in a IC way. I know for a fact I could have only saw the guy in the clip after he "died". It seems like he was intentonally hanging around that area to put some advantageous info that NLR should have 100% applied towards. The cops most likely would have never shown up if they didnt try to break NLR simple as that.

Hello. I sent my response and got a score of 33/43 or about 77% rounded. Some were ambiguous. For example, I got two FearRP questions wrong. Question 6 where there is a total of 5 people in one image and many people aiming guns at each other I got wrong. There's also one where someone has a literal gun pointed at their face but the other person has his gun on safety is somehow not FearRP. I got the messaging for a lawyer through discord is metagaming, wrong. And people purposely drowning for evading arrest, I remember people used to just do that non-stop to get out of police, in fact so did I thinking it was not, I guess they just never made a ticket. Either way, test score is sent. Thank you for your time.

Hi, PKing admin here! So let us break this down piece by piece. First, as you claimed in the sit and now here, you think NLR was broken. When you told me this during the sit, I investigated who had called the police. The person who had called the police was not in the townhouse at any point with you. They were one of the many bystanders you had outside of the house at the beginning of your conflict where you RDMd two people. They called the police with the exact phrasing being "/911 break in at TH1" and was placed just outside of the house, in the street between the lucky lady and the shop on the corner. (4604.403809,9168.859375,139.273941) This person was not anyone in the house that you killed, and they were even originally calling for the person who was noted from prop surfing trying to get into your bathroom window. Once the person was in the bathroom window, they opened fire on cops who were trying to detain them for breaking in. Now this is what leads into the interaction that led to your PK. The officer who PK'd you was the officer shot at. Whether the guy in the bathroom was with you or not, this was never confirmed, it gave the officer every right to enter the house. When he did, you and your partners all opened fire on the officer starting the VCWP. You and one other eventually lost the gunfight. Your third killed the officer and escaped the scene. When reviewing the clip again, there is no clipping, there is very fluid tracking with the laser and tracers appear to be following the path they're supposed to be. I understand wanting to make every argue you can to save your character, but there is no proof of hacking to be found here. So, due the fact there was no foul play in the 911 call, others had every right to enter the property, and there is no signs of hacking, you were PK'd for starting a VCWP.
