Yea I did make two. The first time was directly after my last appeal was denied and I was told that I could pay the toll at a lower price or I could wait and re appeal. The ss is from the second ticket I made where I tried to ask for a lower price, you can see that I was unsuccessful.

Hey @ayokool, I was the staff member that set you PK active. The true reason for your character's PK was that a hit was placed on you by the orders of Kosher Nostra command. The reasons behind the orders are speaking to cops and answering questions without a family lawyer present, which can leave room for suspicion of you being a snitch/informant. The second reason is calling the police on allied factions, for example, Bruno-Scarfo which can fall under breaking alliance rules or faction rules.

The faction member reported this information to your faction’s High Command. After reviewing the situation, your faction leadership contacted Kosher and authorized them to carry out the PK based on the belief that you were acting as an informant to the Police Department.

Misuse of the term failmug. A fail mug is that the circumstances surrounding what is needed to perform a valid mug must be met. If the conditions are not met then the initiation of the mug is fail and by nature a violation. However, sometimes people use the term 'Failmug' to refer to whenever a mug goes wrong and the muggers 'fails' their objective. (Mugging) It's like people confusing LTARP and LTAP. It's all terminology based.

Bro, Fail Mug is a completely different rule. The rule we're talking about here is FearRP violation, not Fail Mug. Fail Mug is a specific rule break, not simply failing while trying to mug someone. For example, mugging someone in a green zone or trying to mug someone while there are obvious witnesses around is against the rules and would be considered Fail Mug. In those situations, staff members can punish the player accordingly, including issuing a PK or even a ban depending on the circumstances and the player's actions. That said, the situation we talking about has nothing to do with Fail Mug. It's specifically about FearRP.
