What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation to become a staff member is because I want to help make this server a better place, I stay up late most nights and I tend to see a lot of VDM and RDM and I've lost a few guns to that and no admin is online for me to report that. I just want to help make the server better even when most aren't on. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe that you guys should choose me because I stay up late most nights, I can moderate the server when most are asleep, When its minge hours. Even when it's not late, I can still be on making 1990s mafia RP a Beter place for everyone playing. I don't hold grudges I'm a calm guy. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have never been Staff on any Server Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No bans or anything but I was warned for having a "nazi symbol" in my bio it was an iron cross which is prominent in biker culture, so I thought it was ok being a S.O.S. member, it's in my steam name If you guys have a problem with it I'm ok to changing it. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I wouldn't say I'm well known at all, But the people that know me like me, It seems like the people who are in the same faction and even different factions like me. I'm not an asshole and I feel bad when I'm rude. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: First day on diverge me and 5 other people grew hella weed in one room in the ghetto we got raided by cops and learned that this server's justice system is realistic been my favorite server ever since. How do you handle this?: I would make a clip of the incident and fill out a ticket for an on-duty admin to take and handle the situation You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get evidence Like a clip or screenshots etc..., then I'd Fill out a staff report so it can be handled by someone higher. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would let someone else take the ticket, Kinda like jury duty if it's someone you know you can be dismissed, if it's someone I know I'm not taking ticket

  13. Kraz Kane honestly is like someone who really cares about the community they stay and don’t back away from helping when it’s needed. which is important for a staff role.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I enjoy the server and want to play a bigger part in it. I enjoy the rules and I enjoy enforcing rules. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have management experience IRL and in game, being a staff member in Diverge will work great with my current management experiences. Being a great mediator, supervising and making sure people abide by policies/rules are definitely strong suits of mine. Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: No. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I have a decent reputation in the community. I am great at building relationships and keeping them steady. Most people know that I enjoy talking about situations then addressing them rather than vice-versa. Some people say Shoot first, ask questions later, I live by Ask questions, shoot later. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moments are definitely roleplaying with the boys at SoS. Hanging around running the bar, repairing cars and having each other's back through thick and thin. Its built great friendships so far. Have any staff members recommended you? You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Gather the evidence and report them to higher administration. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would let the evidence speak for itself and not take the ticket due to it being possible conflict of interest.

I have played this server for a long time and have decided I want to help the ones who run this server everyday. I also want to help my favorite staff member run the server (BoomRoasted and CanadianBacon). I also want to help relieve the burden of tickets.
