What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Honestly from my perspective it sometimes takes too long for my ticket to be taken when i get fail mugged or rdmed. And after finding out the admin pulling is doing back to back tickets i realize they get over flowed at times. and lots of them are just petty drama thats between 2 grown men. I genuinely like to help and make a fun enviorment to people. i give away oil to interns just being active in my jap faction just to show employee appreciation. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I like to think im honest on how i feel and see things, right or wrong i believe its embarrassing to lie. If so, why?: 4 times all being NITRP 2 were when i got black out drunk on veterans and memorial day ( i could be off a bit) and fox or pendred sent me to bed to sleep it off. the other 2 is when i roleplay as a actual mentally handicapped person but i dont cause harm nor interfere with anyones serious rp. I like to give everyone something to laugh at so they can have fun. i can see why though i was temp banned as it can be viewed as minging so i chilled out on it a bit especially the new rules about pd. I do have 1 ERP note but thats easily explain able, when i was in rp as a white girl who is an entitled starbuck witch, i offered tim bradford "favors" to let me go for drunk driving onto central park. spaceium the staff member was arresting me too and saw the whole thing, after my plea deal spaceium let me explain that i was seriously trying to get a bribing charge. How do you handle this?: clip that and make a ticket.: if i see the victim ill just give him my clip. If i know who is currently moderating ill ping them if its mass rdm and requires them to respond immediately. If im allowed to i would freeze him and handle it myself or until staff comes by. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable: I would gather evidence and message a higher ranking staff (super or above) and let them be aware of the situation. Does it constitute possible bias?: Even if its rare its still an offense, favoritism and unfairness can kill a server.(like some dark rp servers) WHile it will suck i will have to punish him accordingly, be it not or actual ban, i may even ask another staff member to handle it to prevent any suspicion of bias or he or she blatantly pulling the friend card to get out of trouble. Also in the past one of my friends actually -1 my staff app and i respect that. so i treat them how they treat me. proffesionally. He also gave me advice which was great. Cover Letter: Hey i know i can be a jackass but i understand why this sever needs moderation. Im making a second staff app to not fuck around this time and im aware the consequences especially blacklisting and perm banning. im willing to have more of a higher standard to prove my self and have a more harsh punishment if I screw staff over. I do have my Opinion on staff members but those are only my opinion and not the fact. Like for an example i dont really like Adam or ananzati but they do ban metagamers and retards that rdm nonstop. and watching them expose said idiots everytime they do a "apology forum" that was written by AI Furthermore i understand if my staff application is denied because how the senior admins must take in consideration on the server itself and its player. Originally as i remember I got banned for lying to staff and RDM it was a 2 day ban. But as I said I was hooked and didnt wanna stop playing so I tried to enter the server from alt accounts and got Perma banned. A while ago I was reminiscing about the times I had on the server and I realized how much I missed playing on the server. I completely understand why I got banned and my appeal being rejected after, I just want to say I am really sorry. And I promise I wont make the same mistakes again. Why should you be unbanned? : I miss playing on the server and do think I learned from my mistakes. And there isnt any similiar experience like this server on gmod. Loosing that made me realize I should be careful and accept punishment. I am really sorry and there is nothing else to say. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I used to staff on darkrp it was dope I liked it for a bit I want to try this out. I'm getting a little bored of the rp and want to do something else. I would like to help out a bit during the earlyish hours in the morning and late at night when there might not be staff and it could take a while for your ticket. I mainly just want to help lower the wait for tickets because I know how it feels to play at some odd time and wait a while for a response. I would also like to take weapon comp tickets i know the feeling of dying to bs and waiting a while for a comp ticket. What do you do?: if its serious I try to record it as often as I can with medal I get a few clips together and make a ticket with UA and I tell them about what's been going on and send the clips.
