You my friend have the IQ of a frozen gold fish, it is like rule#1 of Gambino's to not mug and it is clearly stated when you join this faction. You were not blacklisted for nothing and I seriously don't understand how you though it would be a good idea to bypass the blacklist and return. Faction rules aside, your racket abuse and your senseless serial mugging and raiding has earned you your ban. It just does not make sense. Your character has access to a good source of income, no element of rp justifies you going on hours of mugging sprees. I honestly don't think you understand what rp is and your ban is for the better of this server. You dug your own hole, now lie in it.

User, and subsequent users claim that there was prop flinging on part of the victim in the past. However, nobody has actually provided a clip of that happening, so we will have to go based on the evidence that we *do* have. Unfortunately, that evidence is you shooting a guy who's putting a prop underneath a car with no times. You could argue that perhaps, his intent was to prop fling. You could argue that perhaps, his intention was to slightly raise it because it had no wheels. You could argue anything. Unfortunately, players using Spidey senses to assess someone's intentions regarding a potential rule break that would be ultimately harmless to them anyway, and shooting the person, is not allowed. If someone is breaking the rules, take a clip. Prop flinging, even if he was going to (which there's no evidence that he was) is not going to harm you. Clip things. Report things. Don't take matters into your own hands.

It is perfectly okay to set up meetings through discord to conduct ICly, even if it is under false pretentious to get you on to just PK you. This is absolutely the norm and just about how it always happens, otherwise it would be such a pain to organize meetings/sitdowns. Besides that all of the reasons the faction ordered your death are valid reasons for them to get rid of you. Additionally, of the rules you quoted are not relevant to this situation. This specific rule is in regards to using something like discord voice chat/DMs to metagame WHILE conducting a PK. This rule is in regards to baiting someone into an action that would put them in a PK situation, such as tricking them into attempting to tie you up. I mean this one has to be simple to understand and clearly is not relevant whatsoever to your PK.

Hi. I am the person who ordered your death. The reasoning behind your death is simple. We had some of the bikers come and talk to us about one of our guys shooting their guys and trying to mug them. After we were informed of your actions we chose to have you killed to make sure we can keep relations with our friends and not have anyone under us run around causing shit and trying to bring harm to our friends and allies.

Ok so ive calmed down a bit more, so ill restate my case without the monaclu hatemail: Basically what I was doing wasnt really against the rules. I was just having harmless fun. At the time I didn't see the issue, or understand the moderators reasoning or attitude, and honestly I still dont. Ive read the rules before, and I re-read them now, and I cannot find any explicit rule that prohibits what I did. I don't come on here looking for an argument, but instead seeking an explanation and a chance to be heard, since the moderator who took my flags didn't bother to explain anything. Overall I think removing my prop perms over this issue was just petty. What I was doing wasn't affecting anyone or anything, and was just utterly harmless. If I can't get my flags back, I would at least appreciate an explanation, as I still don't see an issue with the whole thing.
