The fact that you don't understand why you got banned for doing something you didn't get punished for in the past, shows that you don't care about the rules. After so many notes and bans, you should have read up on the rules. Now you want to all of the sudden take a test to show that you know the rules, yet you didn't know what item transferring was? You already have a global rule unban claiming you are going to be a great person and RP good. Not break rules and such. You can't properly admit you messed up and tried to transfer.

The situation stems from you item transferring. What happened was a cause from your first rule break. Though it's not inherently a rule break to shoot at PD for having an illegal firearm, your attitude and your RP style shows what your guy's intentions are. You make a white shirt character and then get a automatic firearm to do what?

I noticed in the sit you said my character was 20 minutes old, then you said 2 hours or something I cant remember which both accusations were false. Also, I didn't start the shootout look at the clip provided. I wasn't willing to catch a felony for that firearm so I wanted to take my chances and flee, I never wanted to get into a shootout I said it multiple times in the clip.

Hi. Im the staff member that initially started the investigation on you and Hayvo. You were banned for Item Transfer & Metagame when I noticed you had somehow acquired large weaponry on a character that was created the day you were banned, same with Hayvo. After investigation I noticed you had dropped a Colt M16A1 (#20972291) on your main character, and Hayvo's alternate character had picked it up. You then switched to your alternate character, and Hayvo switched to his main. Hayvo then proceeded to drop a FAMAS (#21731863) on HIS main character, and you had picked it up. As for the cop baiting part, you immediately started a negative confrontation with police by running as soon as they noticed you had a firearm. If you didn't want to start a shootout, you wouldn't have. This was 100% intentional on your part. That is all from me.

Also I must mention they were pretty consistent with their De Leon (RIP) chars, participating in crew deals, hits, events, & even hiring (believe it or not). I won’t sit here and say they were perfect RPers by any means but they definitely tried.

I will first start by acknowledging my wrongs, I was not aware of the "item transfer" I committed, I dropped my friend Hayvo a gun and vice versa. Although I heard canadian said it was item transfer so I will not fight against that. Althoughhhhh, cop baiting & metagame are some crazy accusations, I was frozen for what seemed to be no reason in China-town and waiting for my friend Hayvo to get back from whatever he was doing, the cops rolled up on US, I did not go looking for trouble at all and then the cops start to chase us. I even told my buddy "Nah don't even shoot em, bro just fuckin run" They continued to chase us and that's when Hayvo initiated the shootout with the police. Even DURING the shootout I specifically said "Bro this shits ass what the fuck, I wasn't even tryna get in a shootout with them bro". I was speaking in game the whole time to my friend as well, there was no metagaming going on. I know I have a crazy amount of PO's, I know I don't have the best reputation with my record. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: they couldnt have known it was me i was literally wearing different clothes after i robbed him and had changed my description it doesnt make sense after i mugged him i took my clothes off and became a white shirt running around then i went afk after 20 mins i put a different suit on which doesnt link to me at all and they still pk me after the 30 mins

One of the main reasons you got banned, yet in one of your only chances of being unbanned, you directly admit to continuing what got you in this place.... I'm not staff anymore, but I do remember investigating your mugging chars, they weren't mugging chars, because you mugged on every single char, and constantly item transferred. While it wasn't an item transfer 1:1 as the rules define, you abused your characters and consistently rewarded your other characters with your mugs. This completely takes out the risk factor of losing your character, hence you're giving yourself just the reward part left. All this to say, in your appeal, you directly say you'll continue doing what you were banned for. I'm not staff nor does this message even mean anything, but I do genuinely do not believe you fit anywhere into the server and cannot find your ground.

I understand how it might have looked—I was mostly focused on making money and mugging rather than fully engaging in roleplay or building connections in the city. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my time on the server beyond just that. A few days before my ban, I had started branching out by creating a cop character, which I was excited to develop. I won’t lie—I still enjoy the thrill of mugging. It’s a high-risk, high-reward part of the game that makes things exciting for me. I intend to continue to mug but not make it my main objective. However, I recognize that my actions and attitude after the ban were out of line and inappropriate. Calling everyone a bitch in frustration was immature, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I feel like I’ve had enough time to reflect, and I believe I’ve changed. If you’re willing to give me another shot, I’d love the chance to prove it to you all. With that said, let me explain to you why I was banned. As stated, I was prioritizing mugging as a source of income, going within all guidelines, and not stepping outside of the mugging rules. I was known as a “Mass Mugger” even though I knew every rule when it came to mugging by the time I was banned. My reputation as a mugger was not a good look for people affiliated with me. I would also like to clear Jdot's name for being accused of item transfer. It was stated after the ban that we would trade the items from bank to bank, bringing them to our main character. This was falsified. Jdot would mug strictly on his main character, and there is extensive evidence to prove this. I'm sure you can find it somewhere in the logs if you choose to look. Now I do wish you would take at least the slightest consideration into this appeal and make a decision unbiasedly.

Honestly this would be cool. Drive-by shooting, Actual different types of ammo, and Overdosing would enhance role-play in a way, but will abused my minges and it will just ruin rp.

Ay, and the 1 strike policy... I think is a great idea to bring to the server and I'd love to be the first.

+1, understand ban evasion being a perm, but has waited 3/4 of a year for a 2 day ban because of it, would consider that being long enough to learn his lesson.

13 notes and 12 bans in one month isn't a great record, but I feel second chances are an important part of the current system, as long as people have taken the time to learn from their mistakes.
