Yes, he was the very gay taxi driver that wore the pink fishing hat who spoke in a gayish voice. He spoke to me about trying to be unban. I referred to the forums, and attempt to request an unban. If it does get denied, then he resolve it with another way with Pendred personally. He isn't the best at writing coherent sentences, but I told him explicitly to not write this ban appeal drunk. I don't know how he is sober, but with this coherent mess I can't speak for him. He also tried to compete with diverge, but it seems it didnt work out. He had Delilah avicenna in his server. I wish the best for this dude, but I would just lock this thread until he can write a ban appeal sober. Baddaddy no one is gonna take you seriously drunk. Lol. If the mansion were to be removed it would just be more unused, unoccupied or blocked off space. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing but people think that remove one add four is the way to go when it comes to mapping. When you take considerations on what should go where in a map you're looking at generally how players will end up interacting with the space in a building. The Mansion goes unused save for some events? That's fine, it's on the tit's edge of the map and is not intended to be a high traffic, highly used area. In a server where peer to peer player interaction is valued you generally want players grouped into a few dense pockets of buildings, generally in the inner-city, while the edges of the map are quickly traversable and more dispersed. Inner city providing high density, high volume of player-to-player interactions and the outskirts giving the reprieve and breathing room of wide open spaces without a person in sight; better hiding your crimes. So as far as I'm concerned the Mansion fits it's niche on the map's edge nicely, if removed that entire area may as well be fenced off. As for people harping about 'adding more buildings' that basically breaks the principles I laid out above, a lot of faction buildings already go unused during peak hours as is, people put the shop dupe down then fuck off doing other things in the city, which is fine, but adding more buildings for a faction to own and never actively use/run is useless. I have some more ideas for that northern section for next map change but I think adding buildings is not really one of them. I'v noted a handful of times over the last couple of months when it comes to a property or storefront being 'actively ran' (read; at least 1 or more non afk person in the building using it to do something, anything. Building with the dupe down but no one inside doesn't count as Active) 10/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 111/128 server 9/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 118/128 server 10/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 127/128 server 8/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 127/128 server 7/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 127/128 server 6/37 faction ownable properties being used on a 127/128 server As we can see on average about 22% to 25% of the buildings are in use during peak hours, which is pretty normal but adding more buildings only reduces this average and makes the city far more barren, whereas reducing the number by removing buildings and increasing density makes the city much more full especially as people have less options to hide in apartment build rooms it forces them to use the existing buildings, turning a 7/37 on a full server into a 15/30. Public / Government buildings not considered in these numbers.

alright @bigwillyhumper69, youve inspired me. this is basically a copy and paste of my previous ramble the mansion AREA (strip that leads up to it and mansion itself) can be rehauled into a "industrial" block it doesnt need to be pretty could be literally anything lower end like townhouses, factory buildings, convenience/liquor stores OR could be a "Wallstreet" like block with professional buildings / luxury restaurants a potential mini world corp/legrand to make the nostalgia slaves shut up OR another urban area more clubs / bars / entertainment like a block LITERALLY the ideas and potential over there is insane (now this is in theory as well of HOW MUCH the area can fit truly) obviously nothing happens overnight + mapping takes work!! a new area of properties could really shake up things for new coming factions or existing ones to move elsewhere changing up the environment and day to day political environments were use to also this would provide just more general stuff in the northern end of the map as it is imo incredibly dead no reason to go over there unless you’re one of the few that has to own a property there (Even still people who own gas station etc never use it nor are ever open since its so dead) (this change would be benefiting all nearby buildings to continue RP to the area (7/12, gun store thats never used but can be with this change adding relevance, warehouse, laundromat, etc) overall would be a major update / upgrade to the northern side the mansion could be "under utilized" but there's realistically only so much you can do after you use it a few times, obviously a little bit more you could do BUT its owned by the government which never uses it and when you rent it youre under government watch and limited to what you can use the building for (so mainly GM events are the only thing left to be done there) overall theres just way more to gain and benefit the entire community with something the people can utilize and move around not a fat chunk just sitting there (its pretty much the old maps harbor warehouse that was in the far corner just sitting there the gov mansion corner/area is a ghost town.)
