-1/+1 While I have no doubts you are an alright guy, you have not been around nearly enough to be put in a position on staff. The rules can be complex at times, and knowing them from experiencing them is the best way to learn. My personal opinion: Hang around a bit more, maybe try to implement your crim characters as well as pd more in verse situations to understand how the rules work on both sides.(I do not mean go break rules. Ask questions, get involved in situations) As staff you need to have an understanding of the rules that lets you show other people how they have done wrong and how they can adjust to fix it. One week is not nearly long enough to understand the way the server works. Your answers on some of the extended response questions also could go into more depth to show that you understand more of what you are getting into. Thats just my opinion though. As ive said many times before, if bullets, Jmoorsey, and shittor did it; anyone can.

How do you handle this?: I would head on duty and await them to be reported. If a report is made my medal running would suffice as proof. Id also make sure to get compensation for the person RDM'd if in the situation it qualifies. I document with evidence such as videos, screenshots, and testimonials and forward it to them. I would make sure to make my report as detailed and as accurate as possible. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It does and if another staff was on I would not take that ticket. If no other staff was on id take it and review the bias. Hello! So, first we understand that accidents happen but you must also understand that your actions have consequences. In this situation, your actions, attempting to kill your “friend” from the rooftops and then you hitting others is still RDM and truthfully attempted MRDM. You both admit to these shootings and were directly witnessed attempting to do it again. Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. The person who was "threatening you" had their gun on safety and was trying to lock their door, which you stepped in to prevent. Then proceeded to shoot them down without warning. You weren't conversating with them prior, you inserted yourself and instigated without reason. As for the minging about, I had you in at least one sit prior. You and your friend were going around consistently harassing people on property, he was mic spamming. You came in a pair and were with each other doing these actions. He got banned and you weren't but after the RDM you were punished for what I put on your notes.
