Your right, I have been around since December of '23. I took a bit of a hiatus from Gmod as a whole. a lot of the people I was close to have Retired and don't get on anymore. I have been more active in the past months.

Hello, there are two key points I’d like to address regarding your appeal. First, while you stated that you did not sell drugs or engage in any illegal activity, the logs show that you did, in fact, order a shipment of meth during your time in the Corsican Mob. Generally, PK's are not accepted if a person had no involvement or awareness of illegal activities within the faction they were part of. In this case, it’s clear that you were aware and directly participated by ordering that shipment. Second, you mentioned that you didn’t exactly ask to join this faction. However, joining requires a confirmation pop-up on your screen, where you are given the option to accept or decline. This means you chose to join the faction voluntarily.

Hi I was the admin that approved of your Pk! The reason why you were PKed was because you left the faction and you knew too much! You also hadn't asked for permission to leave the faction which was the main cause of why they PKed you. I checked logs and while yes you might've just been a doctor and talked about medicine you had done something illegal for them. (Which led to the acceptance of your PK.)

This kid is a minge, literally 13/14 years old, did char abuse by swapping chars when he picked up my gun from the ground and staff forced him to give it back or get PK’d. Once told me he is banned from all communities of GMOD. -1

I never did anything illegal with them! I had no knowledge of anything going on and no one ever invited me to any criminal acts. Im gonna say thins again, I DID NOT ASK FOR THE FACTION JOIN! I said id be happy to be your family doctor and 5 mins later wasnt a citizen of NYC.

Hey man, orders were put on you for leaving the faction, while normally this could be considered okay for us, you had done illegal activities and had knowledge that we couldn't leave you with. Hope this helps, you also get a warning when joining of the possible repercussions.

I should also note, i never asked an admin for the faction change, someone else asked and did that for me. If being a family doctor is enough to count as a char PK then id have never said anything to them. Ive done lots for other people in the exact same capacity but because someone said got the admin to give me perms for the door i count towards a PK? I dont know it seems a little steep to me. I had no idea this was the reality since ive never been in a faction other than USC, Public defenders office, Marshals and NYPD. Non of those had any harsh terms for leaving or changing jobs at all. All I'm asking for is some curtsey about me not knowing that this was a one and done only thing i could do was be in X. I was never told if i left or changed jobs i could be PKd. No one ever told me any rules about the faction, no one ever told me we had anything like an SOP or guidelines. As far as i was concerned, i was a doctor for people in that family and next door. I promise if I was ban evading, I would use a VPN and not need to make a new steam account, because I have multiple already. I also wouldn't wait for 9 hours, like I said I already have multiple steam accounts, and wouldn't need to wait 9 hours to get myself back on the server. Did I mention that I have multiple steam accounts logged into my computer, and none of them are Cursed Phantom?

We don't really care that you're not currently employed, we care about the console auto-banning our accounts for IP. Which is the "made up scenario" we are referencing. You made up a ban evasion scenario to defend a bot and separate yourself from having to actually do anything in regard to the bans. You're talking to 2 people about it now, but you're still sticking to your delusion that its ban evasion. Back to facts: Cursed Phantom is permabanned for absolutely no reason, you refuse to acknowledge I am permabanned for an idealized scenario where I'm ban evading (I'm not) I've said repeatedly, Ill serve the 7-day ban, I really don't care about that. We can tell because no one who functions in real life acts like this. No one that actually performs tasks in real life constantly makes up thought based scenarios when it comes to problem solving. Evidence and fact based decision making drives the real world. Trying to get you to do your job is like arguing with a toddler. You constantly pick one thing of the several things said and run with it, in complete disregard to all of the other items listed. Youre projecting your poor life experience into being an administrator of an online platform. @Qiang Wanggot a 7 day ban for RDM. I tried to log in on his old PC to play the game, because its 6 dollars and he has all the equipment. Now im permabanned by the computer and you refuse to do your job about it, however you will spend 54% of your time awake playing the game. This is what is annoying. Theres no getting anywhere with you because youre trying to pick apart sentence structure like 2 things cant be true at once. You refuse to be wrong.
