As Adam mentioned, it was a thing a one point. You'd get a very small portion of the money that the NPC has made over a span of time.

Boomroasted pretty much hit every base here. I've taken the time to investigate your case, and deemed this to be a valid PK. They had multiple valid reasons to kill you. I will ignore that you did not follow the proper template for appeal, but as I told you in the sit after you were pk’d: you were pk’d due to dons orders. You had disrespected high command and were arrested a few times and were bringing heat to the faction. As I explained in your sit, when you join a faction you need to ensure you aren’t causing problems for high command by disrespecting and having police constantly looking to arrest you for something.

If guns stores were to get money from people buying ammo and gun bags it would give an unfair advantage. To my knowledge the way to be able to get a gun racket is through bidding, since there are only two buildings that sell ammo they will always have a decent cashflow coming in, even if they have nobody paying kickups or anything. That means that they would basically forever have the gun store and nobody else would have a chance ^ i could be wrong ^

the gun store giving cash back was a thing originally, however it was removed and i forget why. the ammo in the back could be cool, however it'd be aids for the store owners to keep up with
