Alright, the fix for me was my nvida control panel settings make sure you have transparent Anti Aliasing turned to 8x in your panel settings or it won't work for some reason.

Hello! I'm the Staff member that did your pk, I understand that sometimes things do happen; which is why I encouraged you to make an appeal. While your WiFi may have timed out I cannot do anything unless advised ahead of time, or without sufficient evidence- you have to understand sometimes people lie in order to get out of things. The officer who made the ticket had explained the charges that you would face, while talking to him he mentioned that either you took your charges to court to get a reduced time or accept the plea deal which would've been a life sentence. Even then I waited 15 minutes for you to return and continue the RP.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was arrested for having drugs on my person, I had shitty internet timing out all day and I timed out again during the arrest, the logs say I timed out, my internet cut off and I had to call my internet company, frontier, to see what the problem was, according the AceAdmiral Timeouts are given a 15 minutes grace period, I took maybe 30? Given the circumstance I tried my best to hurry back on. But was told to submit an appeal, even if I did not time-out I would not have faced 50+ years in prison to warrant a PK. I've been a note-free player for all of my time here and would like a little leniency for something that is out of my control entirely. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Literally the point of running around so much is the risk you parttake by being a criminal and its part of not getting caught. Criminal RP is already balanced currently regarding the drugs and pks. The reason why there is a massive increase or decrease is either due to some events like racket events coming up or people just being burnt out for processing over and over again. Larger quantities will decrease risk and is unrealistic. The heavier you get the slower you walk/run, eventhough it sucks, the constant running like its a chore is part of being a (sr.) Associate and a made man till you eventually move up the family tree. -1 keep the drug transporting as is, cause everyone else will create suggestions for clothing bags and ways that there will be more bags to "carry" more

As a cop its really hard to get across the map in the time that it gives to notify for a 911 dispatch, especially if you are on foot. Having longer lasting scenes for cops to respond to would be better for roleplay.

Maybe add some sort of group that keep the peace, instead of it just being mafias and stuff. Like where there's consequences for your actions and you cant just shoot up a street and nothing happens. Suggestion: Drug Bag System I’d like to suggest adding a “Drug Bag” system, similar to the existing Gun Bag. Currently, transporting drugs during roleplay can feel a bit tedious, since players have to constantly run back and forth between stash spots, ATMs, and lockers at the meeting points. This often slows down the flow of RP and makes the process feel more like a chore rather than part of the experience. A Drug Bag would work just like the Gun Bag, but instead of weapons, it would allow players to carry and transport illegal substances in larger quantities. This would: Improve the convenience and efficiency of running drug-related businesses. Encourage more immersive Mafia/Criminal RP without breaking the balance. Reduce unnecessary running back and forth, keeping the focus on roleplay and interaction. I believe this addition would not only make the game more fun and practical but also enhance the atmosphere of criminal RP overall.

Hello, this PK has been the foundation for some controversy it would seem. Here is the ruling: You were sitting idly in a car, and when 2 cops and their suspect who they were tazing lined up perfectly, you sped forward, hitting the officers, ragdolling them underneat your car, and the obvious result was your death. Now some may say that "gmod physics" shouldn't be applicable to PKs, however anybody who's played this game further than 5 minutes understands that hitting people with your car who are on foot will invariably kill you as well. You performed a violent action against officers, and died. Had you drowned, this would be a PK. Had you starved to death, this would have been a PK. Any death after starting a violent confrontation with police, is a full death, save actual server glitches (dying from running people over not applicable) or RDM. To speak on the aspect of the reporting player not being an officer; it's an indifferent aspect of this. Any death that is a PK can be reported by any player, officer, bystander, or guy who does it for the love of the game for some reason. A PK is a PK no matter who reports it. There is no selective PKs. If there's evidence, and its valid, it is a PK. This is a denial, the PK is just.

You stole a business idea from an rp criminal via dms in an IC context, thought you could get away with it, because of DMs, tried to extort via dms. Complaints were made and UA approved. You were threatened ICly and made aware of the consequences. Tried to make a new character to avoid the consequences and were even banned for metagame for that. This was dragged out, you were told what to expect and you did it anyway. This has nothings to do with power game, you can quote any rule you'd like, you can argue semantics of the business model. 'being different', but ultimately you acted in bad faith here ( tried to act with impunity using dms as a shield ) and we don't see the business model being fundamentally different. As well as the timing here, is question to say the least. The entire circumstance leading to your death was UA approved, you were given a chance to back off. You even had chance to plead your case, if your business model was fundamentally different, but chose to try to do it on a new character instead. That in itself proves bad faith. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

For my full opinion: I don't know what exactly led up to your one day ban but if you actually joined on an alternative steam with GMOD then I think you made a very unwise decision. However I think your an outstanding member of the community and while I don't have your notes and haven't looked into your past bans I believe you should be given a second chance.

You were also arrested, alleged to have lied about being arrested and as stated were considered a liability. You know what you did. Generally if you join a criminal faction, you accept the risk. You've been transferred into a criminal faction. Joining an illegal organization means accepting the realities of criminal life. You will have the possibility of becoming rich and powerful beyond your wildest dreams, but this comes with the risk of being permanently killed, including by fellow faction members on orders of your boss. By proceeding you understand this. While you may have an argument if it was just 'missing kickups', your collective actions ultimately leads us to deny this appeal.
