-1 Your entire dispute claim is that you had no knowledge of the conflict and were just "told to do so". It is made abundantly clear that being told to do something does not excuse the fact that you broke a rule in the entire rules page for Diverge. Feigning ignorance is not a valid defense to break rules on the server. It is also made very clear in the rules that OOC circumstances cannot excuse rule breaks. Not paying attention to what you're doing because you're talking on the phone is not a valid defense according to the rules. I would just do yourself a favor and take the 2 day ban.

You were banned for the repeated action of your group attempting to escalate faction beef without properly opening a UA ticket, the last time I banned a Popov for this exact thing I told him the same. Your faction members have now been told by myself personally 2 times to speak with your faction leaders about opening the ticket if you wish to continue the beef correctly. Your Head Enforcer, I don't remember his name but he was very well expecting to go in for a gunfight as I have his POV and he has spamming his key for his Scorpion, now I have no actual way of telling if you all had the same intentions but from where I was standing it looked apparent you wanted a gunfight to break out.

To start, I dont know why I got x2 Rdm when I only killed one guy so it should be RDMx1. To add on, I did not know that an escalation ticket was not filed as shots were being fired between my faction and the faction we were beefing with. I thought one was filed already. I waited to observe a faction member of the opposistion to leave their property, confirm they are apart of them by hearing them lock the door then I ran up behind them and killed them, thinking escelation was already filed. not arguing that i RDMd them like i said in the actual ticket not appealing for a removal at most just trying to get a reduction on the time since this is my first ban EVER and getting a week for it seems a bit ridiculous to me

that was still RDM because he did not swing at you, up pole, pistol whip you or shoot at you look at the rules of engagement and learn to identify idle/active threats and non-threats. A proper escalation in this scenario at the very least would be /me spits, punching or even pistol whipping but fuck it tho u can just read up on the rules yourself. Learn to press and escalate proper next time

Once again, we're viewing it not from face-value, but from speculation. I would have no way of knowing this information about the situation other than Vladislav Popov (Popov HC) got disrespected by an Irish person in front of Russian Apartments. Even at that, simply asking for an item doesn't fully escalate until they hand it over. "Attempted, Conspiracy, In Association With, to commit FailEscalation" ahh reply.
