Half trolling on the appeal, a little unserious, you pissed away the money of whoever paid your last unban, how about you actually put up something of your own to lose if you're so sure you've changed.

I appreciate it, color this suggestion useless then haha. I understand the last month or so has been busy but from my perspective it just looked like it was deleted and swept under the rug. Generally not in the business of rushing you guys, so when I saw it gone I felt inclined to make this. Thank you!

answered in comments Hi. I posted a few months back about the same topic; I'm interested in having more props available for use. At first I was happy to be informed that there is a medium to do this! I promptly began collecting a bins worth of props that will be helpful in later builds, posted them all in the ticket which was claimed, designated under props and proceeded to wait patiently for months for an update, no less for the whitelists. I'm seeing now that at some point it was (seemingly, at least with no explanation) randomly closed and the props very clearly never added to the whitelist. If I may save anyone who is interested the time; it is now abundantly clear to me that the process described isn't the case and is in fact absolutely useless. If you're going to prevent people from asking for props if they ask please be forthright and just say no; don't waste our time please. I've watched a gentle trickle feeding of props get introduced into the whitelist over and I would truly hate to think that the case for getting them implemented is nepotism based exclusively. Now I'm here to instead suggest we have a medium for actually getting props whitelisted in a meaningful way since 'the way' clearly hasn't worked. My suggestion; have a very small team of moderators/lower administration have a delegated role meant for like-tedium that UA may not have the time or interest for completing. I wouldn't expect this clerical 'role' to impact standard staffing duties and rather could be a medium for staff members to express an interest in upward growth while being willing to put time and effort toward it. Completion of these small time administrative tasks could potentially contribute to activity/progression metrics that exist for staff members being active. That is all up to you guys though. For my props gripe; I suggest the creation of a basic google form which tracks the person who submits it, the prop(s) they would like submitted, pathing links for said props, images of the props in the spawnlist and/or spawned in, as well as possibly a notes section for any applicable circumstance/prop. Alternatively just add a dedicated section to the ticket arena in the Diverge main discord for props alone so that they do not clutter other more time sensitive tickets. Discretionary prop implementation could still be an issue as can any position that sees acceptance and denial; I would recommend a someone (Likely UA proper) who oversees the process regularly to see what things are being passed/denied as well whom is passing and denying things for whom and if it is. There will come a point where we run out of props to implement; that is just a fact. A dedicated role for just prop implementation may not be a wise idea for that very reason. However I'd still recommend a 'UA peon' role for other menial UA tasks that may not be covered in timely fashion.

Hey, so given the circumstances. You mugged someone who had your F3 doing over $10,000 damage to them. You are revealed several times and you take several photographs with your full name. The clips given, reasonably would identify you. The 30 minutes is only if they do not have their F3. ( 3 Guns value exceeding 10k were taken. ) ■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions) Credit Monaclu for flow char below: As this PK had nothing to do with escalation directly, you were simply identified and retaliated against for mugging by someone with your F3. Hello! I have reviewed your appeal here and a few things stand out. 1. You have failed to provide solid evidence of any sortof of bad faith interactions, and most importantly have not provided evidence of your exemptions. I can understand the frustration here, and at times it may seem like peoples whims change, it's possible people said things, peoples feelings got hurt, but without solid evidence, everything you are saying is hearsay. 2. You were a made guy and capo ( considerd a hc rank ), given oversight, responsibility and an integral part of things. Intimate knowledge. You were part of running the faction in a sense, so orders for your death, may have less oversight, as you know a thing or two. 3. People responsible for giving you oversight determined- you did not contribute positively and did not pay your fair way. It is claimed you harmed faction relations, incompetence, failed to pay fees and bragged about illegal activities. This is probably where the frustration comes in, while I can understand sometimes the vagueness can be piss people off. We do our best to verify, but when you take that responsibility, and people are now saying you did this and that, because you were in such a strong position and again knew intimate knowledge, your life is owed more to the faction and when they say you did wrong and we get that story, there is a level of trust to the factualness. Not saying we don't verify, but as everyone says, you take that risk when you join a criminal faction. I get sometimes people have a hard time separating OOC and that can leak into IC, but again without any sort of solid evidence. 4. Adam is a senior staff member, who arranged for the PK logs to not be posted with Canadian in potential to metagame. While not the most common practice, it does occur on the occasion for someone high profile. As on the odd occasion, sometimes things get out and someone who has something to lose, will play 'the game', more than they play the rp and will go through length to protect their characters. ( oh I can log in now they never put orders out, instead of trying to arrange a way out. 5. You left the faction and joined a different faction. Again I can understand OOC frustration, but regardless of the reasoning for the original dons orders, you did leave on your character, to join another faction, without arranging your way out and were subsequently pked.

Hello! To be clear, there is a mechanic in place to check someone's inventory, therefore any /me gun checks, are inherently invalid. I do see in the clip, you attempt to search his inventory several times before he attempts to shoot you. Which to be fair, could have roused suspicion enough. That being said, I found solid evidence for metagame/powergame occurring directly after involving the person who was PKed and another party. After reviewing the recording, and matching it to connection logs and overall logs. I find a strong likelihood that the player was tipped off, and being that PKs need to be "120% sure", taking into account the metagame that occurred after. I will be accepting and reversing this PK. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
