Hey Buddy, I was the one who placed the orders on you and you might think it’s unjust or not valid but you’ve only paid 2 kickups in the 2 months you were in my faction (July 3rd and July 22nd) our capos have weekly annoucements for kickups and there shouldn’t be any reason you aren’t aware of said kickups. I let you slide the 2 first 2 weeks but then you didn’t pay this weekend so in result you died. You were also very suspicious and we believed you were a rat.

Does it constitute possible bias?: Honestly Depends if my friend was actually doing something, ie a clip was sent of them doing exactly what the ticket was made about, If so then Bias is not needed since they have to follow the rules same as I do, friend or not.

Length of ban: Permanent Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): It's been years since then and before then I had a long history with this server and the community within this server, i truly did enjoy my time on diverge and have was a frequent donator. I would just like to relive my time on diverge. Why should you be unbanned? I didn't have any specific reason I mass rdm'ed I was genuinely bored and drunk one night and at that time the servers population wasn't what it used to be. So I did the wrong thing and mass rdm'ed. I played on diverge for years before this incident and I feel I'm deserving of a second chance. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): The Banning staff member was Gamer.

when i make custom headmodels, for male at least, i use male 09 as a base making sure the eye and nose level are even so at least glasses fit without distorting the face, hats are a different story seeing as thats when head shape and hair come into play. if we were to edit all models to be able to use a larger majority of glasses, hats and have necks fit suits, it would require us putting the model into blender, attaching it onto a skeleton with both glasses and hat bones, fixing eye level, fixing headshape to the best we can without distorting it, slim the neck down to fit similarly to male 09, add flex controllers to stop infinite eye rotation, and then compile everything too, not to mention if i were the one doing this then i'd also go and do the same for all female models. while the list seems short through text, the process is much more time consuming than you might think with the amount of headmodels there are accessible not including custom models. while yes, it could be possible to do, it brings the question of who currently in the modelling team would be willing to do it and has the time to do it all. take everything i say with a grain of salt im still new to modelling and im still learning, if im wrong about anything anzati can correct me

I've been banned for over a year I don't even remember when I got banned it was that long ago. I do not RDM anymore, I seriously play another server but I heard MafiaRP is making a comeback so I was interested in coming back. I am in college now, I do not troll on video games anymore.
