He was PKd the night before AFK on a bench, and today we spent 3 hours looking for Andy, I still don't see why you would be spying on us being Genovese, knowing Genovese was going to be back up for Andy, and also knowing Andy was outside, I'm wondering how everybody knew we were in the APTs considering we walked there using alley ways, not driving, and we were there for 20 minutes

I Saw that Andy was in the alleyway and i enjoy watching Pks. you also knew somehow andy was in the alley when hans got online because i was observing this so i can log the Pks when they happen

ive already provided the UA with all the necessary explanations laid out the entire situation from my perspective, explained how everything started, where the information came from and how things unfolded. I'm also willing to answer any further questions. You're acting like rabid dogs, desperately looking for any possible loophole just because you lost a war and anyone reviewing this appeal can clearly see that. You're accusing me and Yugi of metagaming and evidence tampering, so take these complaints to the UA, file a staff report, or open a ticket directly. Trying to complicate a PK appeal with unrelated allegations just to see if something sticks is honestly pathetic

I never told you that i watched the raid from the Imperial rooftop. I said that i was hiding on the Imperial rooftop while you guys were up there and that i witnessed you raiding the townhouse. Additionally im not even going to take your allegations about Yugi seriously. You're making baseless accusations against two people who are well known within the UA for disliking each other and by doing so, you're only proving my innocence for me. Thank you!!

I created the character before Andy was set active. I legit watched Andy scam Drakurus. So let's not act like I created the character to pk him. The char was already my main at that point, low hours or not.

I just remembered, 5-10 minutes before our confrontation with Andy, Yugi was in our apartment spying on us, I seen him flying around with a tool gun and he asked me how I saw him, I gave him the screenshot and he claimed that he was looking for Dark RP bases, I wasn't building, the most I was doing was trying out textures on a block, so it confused me. I came to the realization that Yugi had to of been spying on us and telling Andy what we were doing, Andy was waiting outside for us when we finally did leave. Why is Yugi, somebody who is very involved in the situation, and also Genovese, spying on us in our room knowing Andy is waiting outside? Here is the proof. Yugi typed out everything so it will be in the chat logs.

I understand that you are allowed to lie in my dm's, however you are lying on this appeal. You can't see us raiding townhouse 3 from Imperial. You dm'd me saying I leaked our dm's in the same 2 minutes that I sent the SS's to Yugi. Genovese helps you , Yugi is genovese. I believe strongly that you had help in this situation and I think it's a little obvious. U lying about knowing stuff in my dm's does not get rid of everything else, as there are many factors to this pk appeal. I've yet to hear your response on how u know that I leaked our dm's. Don't lie because at the time the only person that had the screenshots was Yugi.

You should've realized i was lying when i told you i had things to do and couldn't get on the server for the next 2 days, yet stayed online for hours, so at the end of the day there's no metagame here, just a skill issue brainless retard

For example, here, I was trying to trick you into leaving the server or stopping your people searching for me by lying to you so i don't understand why you left that part out. You then lied to me in the same way, claiming that you weren't after me and trying to deceive me. After that i baited you by saying "I respect you for staying at the rooftop without getting bored for 3 hours" Your response proved to me that you were one of the people on the rooftop. I knew you had F3 and that you were in the city, but I couldn't figure out who was who. As I said, I understand why you think i was metagaming when you fell for my mind games, feel free to keep crying about it.

I've already explained myself regarding the metagaming accusations, the only reason i DM'd you and made it seem like other people were telling me about the situation was to keep you guys from realizing that my character was online. There's nothing in the server rules stating that lying is prohibited, as ive already said while you guys were searching for me on the rooftops i was already on the Imperial rooftop watching all of you. You weren't even trying to hide yourselves, you were openly looking for me. The fact that I DM'd you saying things like "people are DMing me about this" and asking whether you guys were after me is not proof of metagaming. If anything it proves that i lied to you and successfully deceived you. You would've understood that if you weren't so fucking stupid

So many people on the server including moderators and administrators use the wireframe guns. So until a verdict is ruled on those I don't wanna hear nothing about that. And idk wtf ur talking about on exploiting to get back into the faction, Matador legit gave me the option to join back and it worked theres really nothin else to it. Also I find it interesting how you are now coming at me after I have pretty much accused you of metagaming. Didn't hear nothing from you about any of this stuff until I posted the appeal.
