First of all, I would like to state that I do have previous RDM bans and warnings for RDM. The reason I shot the car was due to me hearing the shots and seeing a masked male standing over the body, looking like he was picking something up. I wholeheartedly believed that this was the killer. I unloaded shots in his direction, but did not hit the car. In the clip provided to me by another party, the car appeared to continue down the road already with a popped tyre. This is seen in the clip I have provided, and it shows that the car pulled off prior to the shots being fired, already leaning on the rear left-hand side. This means that the car tyres were popped prior to my shooting. The initial killing happened within the first 6-8 seconds of the clip, and it shows that the killer, Polo McGriff, shot the Merc as it was reversing. Due to the logs being unable to provide the information, there is no way of telling whether the shot that popped the tyre came from the Polo or me. Additionally, I have been banned for RDM despite the victim in the case not taking any damage during the incident; he only took damage in a crash that occurred while in the tunnel. Due to the information I saw, I perceived Malcom as an active threat, due to me believing he was the killer. I believed that he possessed a firearm, had a disregard for the law and due to his actions, I concluded that he would fire upon officers if they attempted to stop him at that moment. When he drove down the road, I stopped firing, called down on the radio the suspect description and allowed Owen Davis to pursue the vehicle in his patrol car. What does this suggestion add / change / etc : You can't punch for 2 hours, and you can't sit down for 4 ( alt + e). I think a logical change is that you cannot DRIVE with untill you reach 3 hours of playtime. Has this been suggested before : Shi I dunno At least 2 positives of this suggestion : - Less minges stealing cars upon starting the server and ramming it into a crowd of 30 people. - Less work for staff, having to refund / comp dozens of people going through the painful process of being hit by cars for no reason. 2 negatives for this suggestion : Really only one - a new player who WANTS to rp cant drive and larp for 3 hours. But to be fair.. you take away their ability to punch for 2 and alt + e for 4. I think this is more than fair. Overall summary: Massive change that would at least reduce the amount of minges stealing cars and ramming dozens over for no reason. While this can harm new players TRYING to drive and larp. Seeing with the 2 others things that are already held off on them I don't believe its a massive thing. And in theory, it could just be someone else on a new character doing it but, thats up to them if they really wanna get banned for MVDM / mingey behavior if they actively play.

Unfortunately, there isn't often second chances in regards to PKs. Ordinarily only reversed if a rule was broke/mistake as made on staff members side. Which was not what had happened here. You broke the rules and had your character deleted as a result. I already see this punishment quite lenient considering your extensive history of bans & warns.

This is pretty self explanatory. If a faction believes you are harming relations with an allied faction, or creating issues with faction in another alliance they can kill you either to nip your actions in the bud or in an act of self preservation. It seems as if this is what you did and are now seeing the mafia-consequences of such.

Fishing clearly needs a buff and this gets suggested all the time, buff it slightly so we can make like 5-10k an hour and make it a mini game you can loose bait so you cant afk fish at all to balance it out. Kinda like washing blood. Something simple but fun. Im not the first or last to make this suggestion but seriously it could be really fun.
