Hello, banning admin here. As i explained to you during the sit, multiple times and at length, the issue is that you personally gave no warnings for him to leave, nor did you have your gun pointed at him before shooting. You walked up to the situation, and without you giving a warning, shot him. As i was unsure of how that action stood in regard to the rules, I briefly called AceAdmiral, a senior admin. After speaking with her, and explaining the situation, we came to an understanding that what you did was rdm, as you did not escalate properly. I looked over your notes and bans, and then realized that you had 6 prior bans (3 for rdm) and 10 notes (5 for rdm/ardm). After seeing you had so many logged punishments on your account, starting from February, I decided a ban was appropriate. I will say, I believe I was VERY lenient on the ban time considering your extensive punishment history and your last ban being 7 days (which ended less than a week ago).
