After reviewing the provided evidence and checking the logs, Just because you're growing 'plenty' of weed or order 'plenty' of oil barrels doesn't immediately place you as a legitimate character, especially that you admitted you were also mugging for an income. There is no 'daily mug limit or any weekly limit' to not be considered a mugging character. Asking for this makes things more suspicious than it already is, I'm not saying that you asked around; but anyone could basically grind up to a few thousands or even beg for some money so they can acquire a weapon so they can mug for expensive suits. I've checked some clips from the victims and you were waiting somewhere near a shipment spawnpoint by accident could be understandable, but waiting at multiple occasions for people to walk around the corner you are camping at, because they are collecting their shipment, even if you wait a minute after they collected their shipment, still makes it camping. (I.E. If you enter the ghetto and see someone put them under fearrp without knowing they had a shipment there it isn't camping, but since you were waiting around the shipment boxes third person peeking aswell, which is also against the rules) I also want to specify whenever you mug someone do not spam chat with your x amount of warnings, give people the time to comply after your first demand of 'DO NOT MOVE' instead of spamming it 3 times before killing them, especially since you do not use the mic, give people the time to react. Putting someone under FearRP is a serious matter, as it can put both their and your own character at risk of being Permanently Killed. Since you show no regard for your characters life at all, Jennay banned you and to be fair normally the character would be permanently killed automatically aswell depending on the severity. You mugged 10 players in a span of 6 days, all of whom were on your secondary character. 0 mug attempts on your main. Consider yourself lucky ngl, I would've pk'd your character aswell

15 minute cooldown for each person using the c menu recruit button. if you're hiring multiple people at once, then you need to get someone else. ive seen people just running around to white shirts and c menu recruiting them, they're brand new so they don't know what to do other than click accept. sometimes not even invited to a discord purely to boost their tab menu numbers.

Hey Ryoma, 1 day after you were hired I told you you did not work at The Garrison and this was a mistake by Enzo. You then told me that you had to leave while Enzo was training you, so you may not know everything you need and you never got a car. I then took you to get a car bought you a gun license a gun and dropped you at the Sushi restaurant. (again you had to leave to eat) When returning I showed you how to buy oil, but you left the city before learning where to sell. When i addressed this the 2nd time you again told me Enzo hired you for The Garrison. I informed you I am Enzo's boss and he was mistaken. Instead of taking this and moving on you became aggressive and stormed off. Due to this outburst it was decided that talking to and potential retraining would almost certainly be met with resistance.

Rare skucci L honestly, I don't see how any of that could be moderated in a fair way, it even could get abused pretty easily. A big faction can just say "Hey let's all go make new characters and get hired in this faction that we hate, that way they get a cooldown on their hiring". The main problem of the server for recruitment and new players right now is that the main driving force of the economy is the grind, and that's completely antithetical to the RP. Most people want to make money and have that nice car or that nice suit etc. but you can't get that through RPing. There's always this element of "grinding for the don" that is currently necessary and that won't sit well with alot of new players. When you see "MafiaRP" in the server list you expect to get on and join a Mafia, making money through trafficking substances, weapons, extorsion, robberies etc. What you actually get when you join the server is a job at a restaurant that you have to take seriously for at least a day or two hoping that this restaurant is owned by the Mafia(a new player wouldn't know that most restaurants/stores are fronts) and that someone will recognize you and clue you into what's happening. Most people just lose interest at that point.

Hey Ryoma, You were told at least twice (by me personally) that you were not an employee of the Garrison until you obtain the proper credentials. (despite the mistake your recruiter made) Potentially costing our organization money as well as our properties. You then took this a step further bringing heat to our store by stabbing an on duty officer in The Garrison while "working security", when confronted again that you do not work there you became argumentative with HC before storming off mid conversation. (thankfully to the store you did work for) When addressed with other command it was found that you had not made a substantial impact, so it was easier to nip this in the bud.

Efficiency =/= laziness Hiring times vary greatly between hires - some people are new to Garrys Mod entirely and need full on mechanical training, others are experienced in Gmod but not RP and require server mechanics and some RP lessons, others are entirely experienced and really don't need much outside of the server grinding loop and etiquette norms What happens once every faction has their 5 during a busy period? (which we are in right now) - every new player has to minge around as a whiteshirt civ or take the cop pill? Every faction reserves the right to train how they see fit, and the retention - which is actually important - is determined by a thousand different factors

Doesnt that determine the quality of the faction if they are to lazy to teach how to be a wannabe mafioso? We simply can't force players to actually sit there and listen to someone yap for two hours how to deal drugs on a videogame.

This is all my own personal opinon but I think some kinda check and balance is in order for a mass hiring, ive seen a huge amount of people recently that get hired into factions, theyre barely taught anything RP wise, then its a "deal with it later" approach on handling their fuck ups. This is not only ruining the RP as new people are never given a reason to stay in character but on top of that it leads no room for other factions to get new people, its very obviously a tactic to keep the number of new players low so nobody else can hire, i suggest a limit of like 5 a day, every server logs their new people anyways, I think a faction rule of not mass hiring would really help out not only the server health but also faction health. Cant hire new people if 2 factions are teaching their people in 5 minutes and hiring literally ANYONE they see. Im not a developer but I cant be the only one feeling this way. Plus we all know GMOD isnt a new game its not getting alot of new people everyday, so this every single day gets worse and worse too. Im not really trying to attack anyone or any faction im just seeing a massive divide in the playerbase because of this, we cant have fun RP if nobody can hire new people. I know certain people are gonna loose their marbles at this post but seriously think about it, this isnt good for ANY of us, imagine it was in reverse, yall would be annoyed too....
