The assailant placing you under FearRP most certainly did not have his gun on safety. The clip we were provided with to solidify your death very clearly shows them off safety and giving you orders, in which you completely ignore them and start to drive off. Another thing, you making yourself unable to hear other players is not an excuse, and has nothing to do with us.

In this situation you had more then enough time to react. In the ticket makers clip he had his gun off safety the instant he started shouting orders at you, the person that clicked their gun off safety was the other person with him. In the sit you claimed "I didn't hear him because I was playing music" which isn't a server issue, its yours. How I see the situation is you heard him tell you its a mugging, you unlock your car and tried escaping the mug which lead to your death. Unfortunately you did break FearRP and the rule you cited basically only applies to situations where the victim gets shot 1-2 seconds after receiving commands.

Thanks for the input, the suggestion only spoke to the diversity of faction relations(aka i get this product from X faction but the price of Y faction's product is better right now, i could reach out to them and start doing deals so I don't only sell X's product). I think this would promote RP in the long run, products spreading more widely and alliances made through the economy, not just petty feuds and egos. That being said I get what you're saying about employed people and people on different timezones (I am both of those things) and how they might not have the time to diversify but if you think about it, the current system isn't doing those people any favor either since it's completely random if the price is gonna be good when they can play the game. Using suggestion #1 would let those people get an idea of the current market, and if they've diversified their trade beforehand they have more of a chance to get a better profit. At least that's my opinion! That is true, there could be delays to the price changes added to give people a chance to "abuse" the market, but even if there isn't and the price fluctuation is somehow instant(which i don't believe would be the case) the person selling large amounts at a time is directly hurting his own profits by flooding the market with the product he's selling. Either way thanks for your time in replying to this, there's definitely flaws to it but it could lead to something good with the input of the community!

That is a faction thing. They usually will have a channel for character backgrounds. In my opinion if it got added to the forums I doubt anybody would use to correctly or even at all, alternatively you could make a general discussion and label it “Character Backgrounds” and begin the thread with your own story and see if anybody piggy backs off of your idea.

I'd rather suggest then to implemnt this via the new payphone system, you beep and it gives a hint its a high risk or low risk to sell, or just walk to the npc with product cause honestly what risk does it take when you're in the line of sight of the npc? absolutely nothing cause you can't get arrested for 'speaking with the npc'

nah i don't really think this would be fair yk? the faction relationships are already good and it's very unfair for those who are employed or live in a different timezone, it would only benefit those who could sell a large amount of the hour in that moment

Honestly, it makes sense. The NPC price update is just RNG shit at the end of the day. It didn't introduce any new RP, it's more of a gimmick in my eyes than a cool new feature, hence why it's normal for people to try and enhance it. Side note, this post inspired me to make a suggestion about the NPC prices that'll probably get looked at so thanks @El Chapo
