It has now been more than a full year where I have been banned from Diverge and I still think about this server. Diverge has never really left my system and this is due to the amount of time I had invested into it as well as me nearly spending 3 years playing. I have around 4 months playtime and most of my hours on GMOD came from me playing this server. As I stated before, my ban stemmed from the completely unacceptable behavior that a server like this wont tolerate. On my first permanent ban appeal, I was unbanned on the claims of no longer exhibiting the behavior but 6 months later I was re perma banned. I was mad like anyone else would be but once my appeal got denied by James, I understood. I am not commemorating what I was doing but I will say that I had fun. Regardless I have seen the consequence trough me being perma banned and I can say I regret the metagame which lead to my permanent ban as well as the behavior I showed the server. No matter how little the rule break was it still gave me an unfair advantage and my IC/OOC actions had consequences like when I stalked Bonnano chars, trough what I knew OOCly, and then ratted them to Kosher about them planning a robbery which began the whole Olympus and Commission giga war, that never happened. I have never told anyone about how I got ahold of this information and it was 50/50 metagamed but I only snitched once they said something in game. My reason for snitching was because I knew it would cause some conflict and it in fact did. Not because I wanted Kosher to fight back but only because I wanted a conflict to fight in. This is not my first perma ban appeal and despite the 1 year that has passed I am still persistent on trying to return to Diverge since gmod is easily on my top 5 of games. Majority servers are the same Dark RP slop aside from a few serious RP servers. Gmod Dark RP servers are so saturated, its depressing trying to find another server that has different roleplay and genuinely can captivate my attention. As I have said before, there is not another server like Diverge and it's gun, law, and roleplay system. I do not intend on being as active as I was pre-perma but I want to at least get on from time to time to play so I can experience something different than the hundreds of Dark RP and Clone Wars RP servers there are. At the end of my last appeal Canadian said "Your ban record is quite extensive and I don't feel comfortable with giving you another chance sans conditions". Those conditions were I pay for an unban or I wait longer to remake another appeal. I not only waited the 6 month period but 2 more for a total of 8 months. I am deeply apologetic to harm I caused. I will hold myself for contempt but it has been a full year and I ask may I please receive another chance. Additional Information (images, videos, etc):

yumeko you know this is absolutely retarded I called you to change my recruits' names and you come after Strannik for his evil propflying with the grand intent and incredible result of doing fuck all to anybody, good or bad this isn't an exploit, this isn't a glitch and this absolutely wouldn't constitute as prop abuse if not for the fact he was just scooting around on a fucking sawblade if he was doing this in public it would be mildly worse but this is at best a reason to point out everything YOU guys do for fun, and if you want to totally ruin the server by running by this standard then we can absolutely fuck up everybody's day for the most minute excuse of abuse, failrp or otherwise unimmersive behavior

No reasonable person would look at this situation and think what you did is justified in the SLIGHTEST, there was NO harm done, plenty of people fuck around with props in their own private spaces to have fun, I didn't do this in public, you are making a massive deal out of NOTHING

I told you when I was there, "Stop prop flying," and then continued to check your notes. You are claiming that I am targeting you when you did it right in front of my eyes. Just cause you are doing it in private doesn't protect you from the rules. People who fling cars get dealt with accordingly, just cause you don't see it happen doesn't mean they don't get punished for it. Dear Canadian, or whoever this may reach. I am writing to apologize for my behavior on Mafia RP, specifically for minging and engaging in RDM and other weird and loser behavior. I fully accept that the actions I did were clearly broken of server rules and the standard set for this RP. I know I was a minge and I apologize. At the time, I failed to respect the roleplay rules and the class of other players put into keeping a fair experience. I understand that the RDM and disruptive behavior disregard the purpose of the roleplay which could create frustration for both players and mostly staff. I take full responsibility for what I have done and won't be making excuses for them. With the new year I want to take this chance to come back to Mafia RP and reset how I conduct myself in the server. Going forward i am committed to following all server rules and respecting roleplay cases and contributing positively to the community rather than ruining it. I am willing to review the rules again and accept any reasonable consequences you deem necessary. I respect the time and effort the staff team puts into keeping and maintaining the server fairly and I genuinely apologize for adding unnecessary trouble to your workload. We gave you plenty of chances before and despite having been banned in 2023 you still attempted to evade in July of this year, I don't think it's worth it for us to take the chance here and assume you've suddenly changed and will follow the rules.

Currently if you have a first aid kit or other type of medical supply in your inventory and you press the c menu to someone to apply it to them it applies it to yourself and not the person you're looking at. This makes no sense and it should apply the medical kit forward. Please fix.

It does not matter what the activity of the server is, our rules always apply. While it's unfortunate that you just received your flags, they are not promised if you abuse them.
