Originally as i remember I got banned for lying to staff and RDM it was a 2 day ban. But as I said I was hooked and didnt wanna stop playing so I tried to enter the server from alt accounts and got Perma banned. A while ago I was reminiscing about the times I had on the server and I realized how much I missed playing on the server. I completely understand why I got banned and my appeal being rejected after, I just want to say I am really sorry. And I promise I wont make the same mistakes again. Why should you be unbanned? : I miss playing on the server and do think I learned from my mistakes. And there isnt any similiar experience like this server on gmod. Loosing that made me realize I should be careful and accept punishment. I am really sorry and there is nothing else to say. How do you handle this?:I clip the situation with medal if they make a ticket about it I claim the ticket trim the clip and bring the person over i ask them if they have a clip of the situation so I can get more context if they have a clip I watch it if they don't I still check logs for kills and bring the person that killed him I ask him why he killed him if he doesn't have a good reason I give him a note. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: if its serious I try to record it as often as I can with medal I get a few clips together and make a ticket with UA and I tell them about what's been going on and send the clips. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. Does it constitute possible bias?:If I didn't know my buddy was involved in the ticket I would try to get another staff to takeover so its not seen as bias if am the only staff online/able I will take the ticket if regardless of what I know about my friend if the person has proof of my faction member/friend rdming I give them a note/ban them depending on how recent his notes/bans are for rdm, this could be bias because I know the person but if there's proof I have to punish them. ---------------------------------------------------------

Hey, just FYI. The appeal process starts with the banning staff, who responds to why they banned the person and is processed by another staff member without their involvement in the final say. You are actively backing up on this clip, the model clipping slightly because of it. Is not a bug.
