it used to be a misdemeanor, and I swear it was so much more fun, and since the PD has newer, faster cars, I think the risk should be reduced considering the reward of catching criminals has been so significantly reduced as well, especially being that EVERYBODY you catch felony resisting is a minge now

Hello, to all cop mains who might find this retarded, I implore you to look further into this idea. The following aspects of Cop RP would be improved; 1. You would have much less incentive by (legally) armed individuals to pull out weapons and try to shoot you 2. You would have MANY more car chases and much more leverage on the charges you press against other people, allowing you to agree to plea deals more frequently 3. The situation can become a felony if the suspect injures or kills somebody on his path of escape WITHOUT STOPPING, so if you get into a more violent chase then it would be prosecuted more seriously 4. THIS DOES NOT NEGATE EXCESSIVE SPEEDING OR OTHER FELONIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS! THIS WOULD JUST MAKE CHASES WITH IMPORTANT PEOPLE MUCH MORE LIKELY AND MUCH MORE THAN A GUNFIGHT OR CRASHING INTO THE OCEAN AND HIDING UNDERWATER Sidenote: A criminal modifier should be added that does convert this back to felony resisting; if you have drugs or other contraband on you during the chase, it upgrades; if you also were under the influence of any substance, it upgrades; if you rammed into a police car for the chase to begin, it upgrades; THE CHARGE CAN ONLY AGGRAVATE ONCE!! For Criminal characters, this would significantly improve QoL, since if you're doing some basic bullshit traffic violation like going past a red light you're not instantly going to deal with a cop pestering or even ticketing you over some nonsense. As a cop, I personally believe it would also spice the server up pretty awesomely.

Hello! I can see that an argument got a little out of hand, regardless we cannot condone any of the actions that has happened. The lockers in PD are clearly in room that is marked Evidence, all lockers are only Whitelist locked for PD; those lockers are clearly meant to hold things that will be used IC'ly. We feel that your actions may have been motivated by hostility and therefore cannot let you off with a weaker sentencing. Please take some time to real/skim over the rules to get an understanding of this server. Under Robbery/Raiding Rules 9 it is very clear that any form of raiding or robbing of PD is prohibited. Having Said that...

First off I can understand the thought process of that being an in character issue cuz in reality a trainee could 100% rob the police station if a higher up left something unlocked and be on the run for it. So I don't believe he purposefully did it to break the rules. Secondly some of you seriously responded with some unnecessarily hostile and from what I can tell intentionally aggravating messages in discord. The first dude was being a dick over cheese masta asking if he could get some help because he doesn't think he should be playing gmod on Christmas eve. Which is none of his fucking business when he plays and there's no need to be an asshole about it. I know Cheese irl and his mother is struggling with her health and y'all are calling him a liar and wonder why he crashed out so hard on you guys. Maybe you should read them once in a while. "I've played here for 2 years" is like genuinely such piss poor defense. If you had actually read them you would've known that PD raids have to be authorized by UA. You must have a dent in your head if you think that abusing your PD whitelist after you quit because no one would promote you to a Probie is actually an okay thing to do and wouldn't get you punished.
