Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *When I hop onto the server in either the early mornings or late at night when the server is fairly quiet I have noticed that there's either no moderator on or only one actively trying to get through a good amount of staff situations. For example, I made a sit early this morning when only 1 moderator was online, he was clearly frustrated at the fact there was 7 reports and only he was on at the time. I fully understand the situation he is in and due to me being an 'early bird' or someone who likes to stay up late a few nights I believe that if I was accepted I would be beneficial to these types of circumstances and ease the pressure off of 1 person. I've also noticed that early mornings and late nights brings out quite a few rulebreakers and it is frustrating that there's not many staff online due to them having school and/or work. If I was to be accepted in this application, I believe I could be somewhat beneficial to resolve a few of these problems.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *Using my previous arguement in the above statement, I would be fairly beneficial to helping out not only in peak times but early in the mornings and late at night. With quite a bit of staffing experience I have; no bias, maturity, patience & fair to all parties in a staff situation. I am very friendly and I can understand when to be serious and when to have a laugh, I am fairly active within the server and in my eyes it is crucial to be active when you're a moderator. Within my experience of being staff in previous servers, I can understand that people can be frustrated during situations because they feel their Roleplay has been unfairly stopped by another player because of a potential rule break. Following my prior statement, it has taught me to always hear out the person reporting and to examine their evidence 100% through and to always hear out the opposing side for their reasoning. I am always open to constructive critism and to improve myself as a moderator, I am level-headed and it's very rare that I will become angry from what a person has said/done.

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i get on duty and handle it i dont need evidence for i was the victim.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: i report them on forums or tell an higher up about it
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: dosent matter what he is i still warn/ban him if needed relation dosent matter to breaking rules.

Question: Why do you want to join our staff team and what would you be bringing to the staff team? -1 But let me tell you why. You have put 0 effort into this app and that is not acceptable and not wanted on the staff team. 
Reason #1- You got your own steam name wrong It's "A myserious Person..." 
Reason #2- We asked for your SteamID not SteamID64
Reason #3- You joined a year and a half ago and only have 2 days of playtime?
Reason #4- How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: 4 hours (4 hours a day? 4 hours a week?)
Reason #5- Spelt East wrong
Reason #6- Your first paragraph comes back as 93% AI
Reason #7- Your second paragraph comes back as 89% AI
Reason #8- I looked at your staff app on atomic and you got denied look at this link.
Reason #9- I looked on Civil networks and you were never staff on there as well. You never even put up an application. But you have been banned I beleive 8 times?

I recommend rectifying the issues above and simply playing more and getting more involved with the community, it will assist you greatly if you're able to be a chill dude people will enjoy playing with. Feel free to re-apply in the future.
