This shows low value of life for the character that was killed. The reasoning behind the approval goes as following, You are both in the same Faction (Slava), He knows your name, and even if he did not mean to kill you he seemed pretty willing to attempt to hit both you and the officer at a high rate of speed. Which obviously led to the death of your character. Link to comment
