TechLich
Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:0:19988556 Reason for ban: "LTAP" Length of ban: I assume 24hrs Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): dispute Why should you be unbanned? I never LTAP'd - what was I supposed to be avoiding? I saw a bunch of cops minging about ramming their cars into each other on that corner opposite the police station, some random guy started yelling and following at me, and then I did stop playing not long after because my game crashed and wouldn't relaunch gmod - think the issue is fixed now this morning now I've run some package updates (I use Arch Linux on my machine). I'm not on the disc and don't know anyone so not like I could tell anyone. Your logs should tell you this because it should show "user timed out" instead of disconnect by user or whatever the default is. Earlier in the night I DID technically leave in a situation where I was being followed on another character because I accidentally hit a retry bind (used to having black screen errors / bugs in a server I commonly play on), and I did @ to the staff in server at the time I rejoined to say I was back and what had happened. But I got no response, so I carried on. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I've got logs from my machine running journalctl at the time from when I had the issue though you probably won't understand them. I'm not particularly invested either way because it's not a long ban, but I want to dispute it on principle because, well, I did not actually LTAP, you can't blame me for a game crash. Also, I got deathmatched earlier in the day by some guys shouting some racist shit in VC and you ignored my @ then so I feel like there's a weird double standard going on here. kgmmuInvalidateTlb_GM107: TLB invalidation failed waiting for prior invalidate (status=0x0000000f), vaspaceFlags 0x101, scope 0x2, GFID 0 Nov 05 01:42:11 USER1 kernel: NVRM: nvAssertFailedNoLog: Assertion failed: pEntries != NULL @ gmmu_walk.c:842 Nov 05 01:42:11 USER1 kernel: NVRM: nvAssertFailedNoLog: Assertion failed: progress == indexHi_tmp - indexLo_tmp + 1 @ mmu_walk.c:1092 Nov 05 01:42:11 USER1 kernel: NVRM: nvAssertFailedNoLog: Assertion failed: NV_OK == status @ mmu_walk.c:487 Nov 05 01:42:11 USER1 kernel: NVRM: mmuWalkSparsify: Failed to sparsify VA Range 0x3390000 to 0x340ffff. calink
You left the game 6 seconds after being tazed, as proven by logs. This is your 5th offence for LTARP. On your next offence, I will recommend your ban length is heftily increased. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules. Edited 48 minutes ago by calink 1 Link to comment
