Why should you be unbanned? I literally did not vdm or run over anybody, The moderator said that I vdm someone in a buick, I do not even own a buick i was in my red ford f150 the entire time sitting outside of JLT. If I did do this I would own up to it but I literally did not do this

Hello I was the Moderator who banned you, in the clip you were shown to be driving through little italy then immediately try to hit the player you vdmd and miss then swing back around again where you then kill them. Rule 3 of vehicle rules:

Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not.

you also said i was in a buick which i was never in and never have been in. i would love to see the clip bc i was in a red ford f150 and if that’s not what was in the clip then it was not me

 

my clip shows me in a red ford truck and also shows you saying i was in a buick so please show the clip where you can see me driving a buick. bc that didn’t happen. like i said i would own up if i did that but that’s just not the case

The incident in which you had ran over the player who reported the VDM (which I could find in logs) was not the one he had reported, you did run him over, but at Silver Tongue at a different point in time. The VDM in question was handled (you can actually see the ban happen at the start of your clip)

This was an unfortunate mistake. I'd be happy to comp you if you missed those shipments when you are next online.
