Faction car npc's | or just more places to spawn cars

There should be a way for factions to spawn cars at the nearest parking location to them or  just more locations anybody can spawn cars at around the map. I'm sure it's been thought about before, so there's probably some reasons there's one place to spawn a car. Maybe easily accessible cars could be a performance issue? Regardless of the possible issues it's just that for a lot of factions their business is across town from the car dealership and making the short, but tedious, trek back to the dealership every time they want a car can be annoying.

I only agree with the more places to spawn cars. Keep the car dealer as the only place to buy them, but more spawnpads would be nice.

it would be nice to have another car dealership, but it just wouldnt make sense because no other building in southside looks remotely like a car dealership
