Trash Cans

- Gives the ability to drop our unwanted itens into the trash instead of droping them on the ground and never touch them again;

- Citizen of New York, New York City Workers, Speedy Deliveries LTD and Taxi Drivers can retrieve from does Trashcans some of the items dropped by the players alongside the already common itens;

- Law Enforcers can check if there is weapons hidden in the trashcans;

- Bones should not be able to be dropped there giving a message of warning.
