Media Player Access

People who Purchased the Media Player Access been not able to play any video for at least the pass 2 months.

Main Issues:
- Unable to Request URL (You able to select the video you want to watch in Youtube but the "Request URL" button didn't work)

Other Issues:
- Unable to Skip videos (3 years old knowed issue)

Is the server using Media Player or Media Player Redux?
