Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 

I believe this was either September 23 or 22  a group of people tried to mug me i was complying with what he was saying to my knowlege i got out like they yelled then not even 5 seconds later he tells me to get of the car then not even that long he tells me show my hands so i asked what he wants me to do he said get off the car so as i go to get off the car he shoots me even though i made the attempt to get off the car so im really confused why he shot me when i was listing to his comands according to the rules . Give them a realistic amount of time to comply. Don't order them to do something then shoot them < 5 seconds later, they barely have time to comply. i barely had time to comply becuase he was yelling get of the car show me your hands so i didnt know which order to follow he gave me 2 which your not supposed to do they also according to the rules You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. EXAMPLE: The victim is alone at night in the middle of an empty street. You initiate a mugging with your firearm and take them to an alleyway so no one stumbles upon the crime. You may not perform the mugging in the street, which is a public area.) which kinda conflicts with this rule 

1. You may mug one person / singular group of people every 15 minutes. Mugging again immediately, before allowing the timer to expire will be considered Mass Mugging. Realistically you must lay low after mugging someone. but they where mugging some kid before they even noticed i was there then they turned to me so i dont know if thats considered a group still the character that was removed was akeem "kwame" something i forget what i had my last name as and i dont remeber the id i dobut this will be expunged but theres always a chance my fact is they didnt give me ample time to comply with the demands i did attempt to get off there car if they sent you a clip you can see they start counting down for me to get off i starts moving to get off boom i get shot regardless i was complying  and in rules it says You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed. i was complying then got shot for it when they mugged they mugged some kid at first i was in the same car no attention to me then once they realized i was in the car after they had killed this kid they mugged me i wouldn't consider it a group mug because the fact the failed to tell me to get out until they killed this kid which wasnt alone they never told me to get out until he died which would mean they mugged this kid with people around me i just stayed in the car until something happened then i got out like they told me to then not even 5 seconds later im getting told show my hands get off the car which i now 3 diffrent commands to do one get out the car two get off the car and three show me your hands im not sure if talking to figure out what they want to do is considerd not listing but they told me 3 different things i tried to figure it out then i complied to the get off the car took one step before i got shot i was going to get off but i guess i had no choice in getting shot

Bro really put 3 sentences for the appeal and later just dropped mugging rules to remind himself and the staff that the mugging was valid, what a great fella.
