Reason for blacklist (if given): Spawning Boulders on my work truck after being told not too.

Why should it be returned?: 

Ok so I made an appeal the first time a little bit after it happened where I challenged mainly the merits of why my prop perms got took and that got denied.  Although after a month I've had a bit to reflect on it, and I think there are some apologies owed here. I sat and I thought on it a little more and I believe the real reason why my perms got took was because the rock kept falling off my truck and landing in traffic, which briefly created an interruption in traffic. Whether or not that is correct, only monaclu can really answer that question.

I believe my perms should be returned because I can personally attest and it is my strongly held belief that I've become a bit more educated and informed on the rules and rationale behind why my perms originally got took. I know that might be a little hard to believe where its only been about a month since this happened, but I've made more progress and ive been doing better at adhering to instruction and authority, despite my own objections.

I realize now that, even though I believe monaclu was being rude and unfair to me when he made that decision, it didn't give me any justification to just continue doing it immediately after he told me off for it. 

I also think that granting me my perms/flags back would be a good idea because I also kind of need them for my job in the government. I'm a magistrate judge in the UCS and part of my job is doing Summary Hearings/Duty Court and holding court proceedings ingame at the PD, and where the courtroom isn't really pre-furnished with seats for the judge, witness, or bailiff, I bear the burden of setting it up before these proceedings. Where I don't have perms to spawn in chairs or signs or anything thats kind of crippled me from doing these things. 

Overall, I think ive grown and matured about the whole thing alot and I think a second chance with my flags would not disappoint anyone.

Monaclu if you read this just know im sorry for being an asshole in my last post, I was just heated that u didnt really tell me any of ur reasoning behind it and then kind of dismissed me when I said I was gonna appeal it. just know I dont have a grudge against u or anyone else and I definitely will not do it again.
