Hello, banning administrator here. You ran over a group of 6 people standing off the road in Little Italy. You very easily could have turned and continued on the street but you decided to run people over. Even if you were being pursued by the cops, it is not an excuse to kill other players.

Your clip shows that at 4 seconds you turn towards the crowd and at 5 seconds in, accelerate towards the crowd. The rule I feel broken here:

1. Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not.

You make no effort to avoid this crowd, the police chase you mention definitely did not warrant running off of the road into this group. Please take this time to read the rules and come back a better player from it.
