first things first, just accept the PK man, when first tanner told us to get to contact him in game so he can tell something serious, I was wondering what could it be. I had my friend who was a lawyer who was in kinahan and he left because auxiliary just got recruited to kinahan and got capo straight away. Which shows bullshit and my friend did really good work into becoming a capo then all of a sudden you go hire your friend then you promote him to capo, is kinda dumb. So my friend fed up and left in peace because he didn’t want to be managed by dumbasses and minors like you peeps. So when left, he told me I’m the only lawyer I can get in and hear from tanner and come out and you tell you what’s up, I was like that’s the best choice he went in then comes out and telling me idk what’s wrong with tanner but he is acting weirdly that’s when I knew they are coming after my friend. Did I fight back? No I made him hide with me at the PD THE WHOLE TIME! Because we didn’t have proof of my friend getting pked still since he left the faction. And earlier there was a dead body beside brown and sons so I said Hans come have a look who’s dead then he told me I don’t trust you, and I was like why is he talking to me like that. That’s when I knew I was next. I had my recruitment perms got off me and I got banned from kinahan DISCORD TOO! so I was like that’s obvious I’m getting pked next so we just waited outside PD the whole time. And Hans offered either I admit that we had orders set on hans or he won’t UNWL us I was like we don’t have anything set on you I promise and shit you can even see logs we didn’t have any orders against hans so we couldn’t fight back. So I chilled for maybe an hour then Hans hopes back in the city and he was driving around and spotted my friend and said that’s him that’s him. Then my friend came towards me in game and he said bro they are loooking for us that’s when we went on top of the roof in little Italy to search for their vehicle then we saw a taxi pulled up and parked infront of the gun store so we went down and followed them and as soon as I went inside I heard a gun click that’s when I knew I had to react and get ready to shoot back. I mean you metagamed saying that tanner told you through discord like come on, don’t act innocent

I was just playing along to see if you would admit to anything. I like how u cut out the part where I said jk to make it look like I fr knew. But I was almost 100% certain at this time because of what had happened in game, with me getting shot at plus all the other bullshit ooc. However its not against the rules to use ooc knowledge OOCly. But I did not know for 100% fact that tanner snitched, I was just putting the pieces together. Until I was called on discord by you and you admitting to metagame. You also can't say I used these dm's to back my "metagame" reasons for killing you ICLY because I was already going to kill you.

After reviewing the evidence provided to us, we have found no evidence to support the claim that metagaming took place during the events leading up to your PK.

We were able to establish that communication between the parties involved took place through in character means, including the use of radios, whispering, and IC voice chat. We also reviewed the evidence presented regarding the events leading up to the confrontation. From this evidence, we can understand why the individual who ultimately PKed your character became suspicious of your actions. In particular, your character was seen following them in a taxi, identifying them, and subsequently instructing another individual to follow them and drive in close proximity to them. While these actions alone do not necessarily establish wrongdoing, they provide a reasonable in-character basis for suspicion and explain why the other party chose to take further action against your character. The information and communication used to reach this conclusion were obtained through IC interactions.

As a result, we are satisfied that the events leading to the PK were based on legitimate in character circumstances and that there was no metagaming involved in the decision to engage your character.

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
