Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 

Points listed below

1.
At 0:06-0:07 in the mugger's clip, the player uses 3rd person peeking to gain information. 

2.
Mugging was initiated in sight of NPC.
Tested and shown in images below, you can see the mugging happened in sight of the Cocaine NPC.


3. 
As you can clearly see when matching up clips, the mugger appears to somehow suspiciously just know where I am and coming from, and runs to wait at a corner he somehow knows to expect me from. My room in Lav is then somehow immediately raided after the mugging and death? None of this appears to be coincidence.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I have nothing to do with the situation but i just want to add something. The same thing happened with a PK I filed a few days ago, at first my PK request was denied for Third Person Abuse because I gained information through a corner by using third person

After that, I opened a Staff ticket through Discord and explained that Third Person Abuse means glitching through walls to look through them, while using third person to look around corners is not considered Third Person Abuse, as Canadian Bacon had previously clarified in Diverge General during a situation, explaining that Third Person Abuse refers to things like looking through walls. After UA reviewed the situation, my PK request was accepted

Long story short using third person to gain information around corners is not abuse, the abuse is using it to look through walls. I cannot comment on the other parts since i am not a staff but i just wanted you to know that this is not Third Person Abuse

I’ll reply to each point made by you individually.

Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply.

Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway.

Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.
