Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I have no idea why I was PK'd. I was doing everything just as I was told. I'm out there grinding for some money for them through server crashes, and police warrantless raids, and these dudes just cap me while I'm completely oblivious. Like fr what did I do that was so bad it needed an instant PK, no ones ever talked to me or corrected me on anything, and now suddenly PK.

In my opinion, your faction had valid grounds for ordering your death. They were concerned about how quickly you were released from prison, as well as the fact that you were asking some rather unusual questions that could reasonably be associated with an undercover officer or CI attempting to gather information.

Of course, as far as I’m aware, you were not a CI or UC. However, their suspicion was reasonable enough to justify their actions based on the circumstances.

There isn’t much else to add here. Just be mindful of what you say and do moving forward. If needed, have your faction’s lawyer represent you, remain transparent with the faction, and act accordingly.

Bruh I told them that I got warrantless raided by two bum cops, in a ghetto apartment, while I was afk. I was talking in the faction discords legal advice channel about it with some lawyer or something. They did no research at all, I thought they had some guy in the PD who could tell them who is snitching. They just merced some dude trying to make money for them off of vibes.

Hello, while it is unfortunate that they may have been mistaken, that alone is not enough to overturn this PK. If your actions/what happened to them gave them a sense of idea to cause them to believe you were working as an undercover officer or confidential informant against their faction, they are within their rights to PK your character if they choose to do so. They do not need to reach out and attempt to speak with you and clear things up. Ultimately, that is how the mafia operates in these situations, with decisions often being made based on suspicion rather than certainty.
