Depends on what it is. I never hold anything against anyone unless they just are assholes. Anyways, I think lockers should have the ability to be labeled just like doors.

How about instead PD just have a policy update where they need to write down the evidence form in an IC document and place it into the locker using the already available typewriter

How about instead of just for PD allow anyone to put a label on Lockers and other storage containers (if they are faction locked+capo perms or LT+ flags), marked with 

This container has a label reading: [description]
