Reason for blacklist (if given): N/A - not clear 
Why should it be returned?: I am extremely sorry about what I did, I seen a empty car parked and I flipped it with a prop. I wasn't fully aware of the rules following PET Flags. I had 2 other notes before this, One was I was camping like I was and after like 20 minutes of it a person working Little Israel decided I cant camp in the parking lot and argued with me, staff told me to stop so I walked away and the person literally followed me away for 10 minutes so I went back but still of their property and on Guerinis and places a sleeping bag on the floor. The second time, I was trying to put my taxi into a boxcar and I did but my friend drove it out and away to PD lobby stairs where it got stuck, I was using a prop to slowly retrieve it when I was frozen and given a note. I was just angry the first note and the second I was trying to fix my car being stuck. I completely admit to the newest one which gave me my removal and am extremely sorry. I have read over all the PET Flag rules and know not to do this again, I will be much more careful with permissions like that from now on, I believe the reason for return is because I am very sorry about it and I have read over all rules and know not to do it again, I will not do it again.

You then specified you thought it was funny to move over this players vehicle but had no 'intent on harming' since you was "unaware someone was in this vehicle"

When I told you there are no off hours on Diverge, that you read with the Terms when you donated that they could be removed when prop rules have been broken, when I asked you if you read the rules you gave me a reply in those lines of: "I'm not reading all the rules to much yap"

 

So I am going to be very honest with you, I only think you are apologetic cause you fased the consequences.

DutchCat, I was being apologetic because I literally didn't know I would have my donator permissions removed. I am sorry and I didn't know that there was somebody in the car and I would have effectd their RP. I know it was wrong and hence I was apologetic, And I did not say that it "I'm not reading all the rules to much yap" I said it was too overcomplicated, and you told me I can use ctrl+f to search for certain rules in the rules. I was not aware of the consequences and now my. As I said in the original appeal I am extremely sorry and It will not happen again.
