Why should you be unbanned? This nigger been using props to push cars and move them trying to send them flying all night. If you check his logs you can see he spawns in the most random prop and he's been using them and rubbing against cars.  Earlier he tried to sent my homie's car flying and then later that night he spawn in a prop and was trying to put it under my car and He was pushing cars earlier and so I thought he was pushing my car pretty reasonable.

Hi!

Banning admin here, at this time and with the clip I was given, the situation was unclear as it was multiple hours later. From what I saw + your many RDM PO's it seemed to be blantent RDM.

After reviewing this clip, im not so sure. All in all, a member of upper staff will take a look at this and determine the end result, but i appreciate you taking the time to submit this appeal and provide more context to the clip.

I can contest I was there that night I witnessed on separate occasions on both of my characters Jacob DeCavalcante and Vincent Colombo I witnessed him prop flinging multiple cars He even prop pushed my car

I was the "Homie" who's car was almost flung. The real quality player, who got Askull banned attempted to fling my car over by casino, I don't have a clip of said interaction, because I didn't have much of a reason to save it. He put a small metal panel under my white Cadillac Escalade. Thought about flinging my car and then stopped.  In my opinion, from someone who was involved with this guy, hes a straight minge and Askull got falsely banned.  NITRP

The Fonz was there hanging out with these gents that evening. I can contest that this individual was a Grade A Pickle Sniffer, I might even add a Chicken Pickle, and indeed was flipping cars and causing mayhem/injuries/death over a period of time. Askull caught up with him and he attempted yet ANOTHER car flip before he was slipped a quick ticket to Twuggu Tweet. Well deserved and earned. Kind of shocking that he reported it after all that physgun abuse. People act up at night for whatever reason.

User, and subsequent users claim that there was prop flinging on part of the victim in the past. However, nobody has actually provided a clip of that happening, so we will have to go based on the evidence that we *do* have.

 

Unfortunately, that evidence is you shooting a guy who's putting a prop underneath a car with no times. 

You could argue that perhaps, his intent was to prop fling. You could argue that perhaps, his intention was to slightly raise it because it had no wheels. You could argue anything. Unfortunately, players using Spidey senses to assess someone's intentions regarding a potential rule break that would be ultimately harmless to them anyway, and shooting the person, is not allowed.

 

If someone is breaking the rules, take a clip. Prop flinging, even if he was going to (which there's no evidence that he was) is not going to harm you. Clip things. Report things. Don't take matters into your own hands.
