Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *My motivation to apply would be just to get more involved with the server and help the community. I also would want to help out during night-morning times when no staff are on and help out around then. I would want to help out anyone best I can and make sure I conduct any matter fairly.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *I should be considered over others because as I've said before I can be in city during night-morning times when most staff are off. Another reason would be I feel I've studied the rules well and can make sure any diverge member who gets a ticket done by me he or she will feel treated fairly. I would also most likely do more tickets than the normal quota per week.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No previous experience
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, not too many times but believe they were VDM, RDM and those are the only things I can think of. Would also like to add that it has been a few months since I've been banned. I have been following all rules properly and have since learned my lessons.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?  *I would feel over my few months I have made a name for myself on my Jeremy Wright char. My reputation should be fine with fellow diverge members I feel when I do play, I'm always staying out the way and rping the best I can. I feel other members will see me as a laid-back kind of guy always respectful and always try to hook people up with deals at Razor Sharp Suits & Repair.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far? When me and the guys threw a block party at the pharmacy, we had stalls where people could advert their own business and also had boxing and singing. Cops of course were trying to start trouble and we constantly had to kick them out. And soon enough one of the boxers called a cop out to box and well the cop was knocked out quick and the cops stopped bothering us and we went back to having fun all in all was a very good RP experience.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off duty. How do you handle this? I would first make a clip that's most important. I then would make sure it would in fact even be RDM then my next step would be to make ticket and then show staff and explain my side of things as well as showing the staff the clip I have. Once everything is settled, I would be sure to not cause any further trouble with the person who RDM'D and be sure to follow exact steps if another RDM occurred again.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do? I would first gather clips or whatever kind of evidence I can find. I would be sure not to confront the staff who is abusing and be sure to discreetly gather evidence. I would then get in touch with a high up staff bring my evidence and show them what they need to see.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias? First, I would ensure that I'm fair to both parties then ask for any clips. If the clips do show that my friend did infact RDM I would check for any prior past incidents. And if he has priors, I would be sure to give him the appropriate RDM ban time length. And if he had no priors, I would most likely give warning but can't say I would if he had priors.
