Why should you be unbanned?

This all started a day or so ago, when Popov threatened to kill one of our guys and demanded money. We decided to not meet their demands and from there it was up, they come to our property all the time talking shit but when we go to their property and cause some issues they report us. They kept antagonizing us telling us to do something so I don’t see what the issue is

I was apart of this situation thats why im commenting.

Pilgrim in no way shape or form do I think you are a bad person, but do your job better.

Checking logs would show that we did proper escalate the situation. They were talking shit running their mouths, I started the escalation by punching the fella who was running his mouth.

His homies popped out and started shooting us, therefore this was a VERY BASIC self defense case, turned into a 7 day ban.

+ the details he mentioned above, we recently had a sitdown with them, and got nowhere.

Crazy work right here. Hopefully this gets looked at the right way, he does not deserve a ban for this.

I can corroborate, the events he described here are true, this is no way shape or form fail escalation.

Guy who had the sit down with you, over DMs with Noah money was mentioned (this was DMs and didn’t get brought up in the actual sit down) 

when we met I just asked for this tracksuit back considering he was a enforcer who lied to us and left, after that you just started being a tard threatening us lmao

“Your guy” was an ex enforcer for popov, full Russian name. One of the guys you brought to gopnik to escalate aswell was one of our HC who left and made a new char that our enforcer left popov to join

I reviewed the clip of the incident and also got another opinion from Dutch a Seasoned Administrator regarding the situation. After reviewing the footage and discussing the incident, we both agreed that this was a clear case of RDM.

You had no valid reason to initiate the confrontation in the first place. You approached the individual at the ATM and began punching them despite them having done nothing to you. By doing this you effectively baited them into responding and escalating the situation.

You then further escalated the incident by shooting both individuals after provoking the confrontation. There was no reasonable escalation leading up to the shooting, making your killings unjustified.

Your previous history was also taken into consideration when determining the punishment. You currently have 4 previous RDM offences (even after I gave you a second chance and didn’t ban you) and 2 previous Improper Escalation offences. Given the repeated offences, your punishment was reflected based on your POs.

After reviewing the clip, consulting Dutch and taking your previous offences into consideration, I believe the punishment issued was appropriate.
